Yeah I was talking about the beginning. You can’t progress the dlc without killing one of the first bosses. There isn’t that tree sentinel or Margit situation where you should come back later

It has guard frames on its attacks and hyper armor. If it was 100% damage reduction with great guardboost there would simply be no reason to use a regular shield. I reckon they've balanced

That vanishing spell looks so promising but it looks like they implemented it poorly. It needs to have swift cast speed and be useable while sprinting and jumping.
These new weapons and ashes are gonna outclass a majority of the base game shit and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Obviously it's a new thing so they should feel awesome. The M'Lady weapon already looks more fun than like 95% of the shit in The Lands Between. That one fire colossal sword has the moveset of like the Godslayer sword and attacks crazy fast with long reach. Perhaps in terms of damage the base weapons will still feel strong, but in comparison to the new weapons we've seen, they don't look as "fun". But that's not really a complaint either because we want new shit. All these weapons seem like they attack so fast, I can just imagine multi hit builds dominating with the Rotten Sword Insignia and Millisent Prosthesis and that one tear for the physik. But they're are new talismans as well they may even outclass the old ones.

That’s otzdarva he actually was a very big and longtime fan of the previous souls games he doesn’t play and post as much content for elden ring but he was very fundamental in these games becoming popular. Chances are Otz already played parts and basically is script reading because I doubt otz doesn’t know this much, it felt like his questions were meant to be as a guide than anything.

I think there might be heavier ones with 100% physical block or they justify the damage they deal by not making it 100%
