I don't get why Bethenny is getting hate. She is literal the reality peoples voice. She's just the one who is saying what everyone else is thinking.

I’m also flabbergasted! It makes no sense on why she’s getting so much hate. This is NOT something that she is benefiting from, so I don’t get it. I guess haters are just gonna hate. But I am PROUD of her. She is smart, she is generous, she is caring and that is an awful thing to be hating on.

*I am speechless!. She is so on point and she cares about reality TV rights. I listened (3 episodes) to the interview she did with Rachel. She pointed out so many damn good point during Vanderpump Reunion. I am very happy Rachel is doing such better and I pray she continues to go to therapy. After watching this Video Podcast I need to step back and cut some cords with Bravo. I was Bravos biggest fan, but over the years I have stopped watching 90% of the shows they air. Bethenny, I saw a post you did on Instagram regarding your interview with Rachel and could not believe the personal vitriol directed towards you and I am sorry people can be very mean. I just want to say that I respect you and I consider you an honest, caring and intelligent woman. You might say and do things that people do not agree with but you are always true to yourself. You are right about this, people make mistakes in their life and that mistake is replayed for the rest of their lives and in many cases ruins their lives and reputation. Just because Bravo gave you a platform does not mean you have to owe them for everything for the rest of your life. They should be called out on their BS and you are the right person to do it.

Laviss did an adult decision and went to get counseling to see why she kept falling into this behavior. And noticed it was a pattern. She did something that MOST people don’t do. Acknowledge her mistakes and that’s where she is going to win on her end. I can’t wait to see a come back from her🙏🏼💖
@tamarasbargains I really hope after hearing how she's been treated by the network, Andy Cohen, her cast mates, producers etc she takes legal action. She literally saved VPR and got treated so so bad. I think she should be compensation for the harassment she took from all those mentioned above. The narrative this show has spun. She's lucky she sought help because of the hate she received. I've watched Bravo forever but this season it's just so bad. I would get anxiety from watching it. I don't thrive in hatred even if someone did me wrong. Let alone someone I don't. It was so bad. I doubt I'll ever watch again after what happened. Just all bad

I've been feeling this way for years. Glad there is a label on it now. Exploitation without compensation to rectify the unforseen damages and loss. It's unfair the mental anguish that is inflicted from having a story spun about you from minutes out of your actual life. This is abuse that is being not only tolerated but monetized. It is wrong. Oh Man!!!!!!! I feel like Bethenny is (and always has been) ahead of the curve. She is super-intelligent, funny as hell, & witty. When she had her daytime talk-show, I feel like it failed because she was CONSTRAINED within the realm of daytime television- where her TRUE Voice & perspective was a bit diminished (within the confines of another network)…. But, now with the FREEDOM of having her own Podcast & TH-cam series she has a platform to just be her AUTHENTIC self again- which is what America 1st fell in love with her for! ❤🙌🙌🙌 How empowering to be able to re-write the Rules of your OWN life & Narrative! @@stud6414 It’s not about being paid…..it’s residuals, images, insurance, union to be protected for their future. As it stands now, the reality people can run past shows and use images anywhere they want and anytime, and only the networks cash I , not the reality person - unlike SAG and AFTA. Running that Scandoval things over and over makes Bravo more $$ that can be imagined, but not the cast of characters….not one penny….

Theyre not being exploited. Its grown adults making choices. They want the fame & the platform. With that you acquire fame & then you can make money off that. Like YOU did. Who cares where the shows pop up years later? what extra effort do you make? All art lives on & continues to make money somewhere. The fact these shows keep airing keeps your relevance alive.
This is something that seriously needs to happen. Bethenny sees an issue and she's all in. I respect it. Reality TV has ushered in lack of accountability, respectability, self respect, and honesty. And now we see generations who feel this medium is the actual way to live.

I believe she was lured in by a sick, narcissistic older man that had an agenda. Think about it..... She was cast on a reality show. How exciting that must have been. Most of the cast mates are much older. Producer's could certainly sense her vulnerability!! They used that young lady!!! And Tom, Tom.. a seasoned castmate took total advantage of someone so oblivious to the "machine". He made his paycheck, while ruining a young woman's life. She was clearly under his spell. She lied on several occasions for him. Thank God she has seen the light!! She doesn't belong in that environment!! She is not cut out for it. Those folks are ruthless!!!
Rachel was wrong, but no one deserves to be abused on national TV by that pack of losers.

Andy made the biggest mistake of his life on that last wwhl episode, messing with Bethany. She sucked it up but has now turned 360 and dumped it all back on him. Take that!. I hope she keeps the stamina to see it all through. Well done❤

You go girl! It's time for a reckoning. Reality participants sign up and agree to a lot of things, but never to have their lives destroyed. That's an unfortunate consequence no one anticipates or expects will ever happen to them...until it does. I've actually stopped watching reality shows because they've gotten so mean, nasty, and ugly over the years; I don't want that toxicity in my life. At least unionization or representation could help to control the unfortunate outcomes somewhat and establish fair compensation. Keep up the good work, B!

I think in these cases with actors, many sign contracts that give control of their work to the studios. You get what you agreed to.

Bethenny is like a lawyer - She cares about the client as a lawyer would. People are looking at her with a "female trope" lens expecting her to be "nurturing, motherly, selfless, timid, nice manners, etc.." and get upset that she does not fit their cultural expectations. That sh*t is over. Bethenny is rocking it with her confidence, assertiveness, ambition and reforming attitude. I'm loving every minute of it. Keep up the great work, Bethenny! NO APOLOGIES!!!
I have loved you since day one on NY. Like a lot things going on in the world right now, people are awakening. It’s not the 1960s where we are force fed to believe in BS. We now have several sources to educate ourselves and we can choose what makes sense to us. I used to run home to watch HW and VPR. I could care less these last few years. People have said “it’s scripted reality” which I now understand it’s not a literal “script”. It’s a push to this direction. A push to that direction. A “leak” or whatever tactics the producers use. The more negative, the better the ratings.

Having that closeness, but also how to put structure and discipline in place. You seem to have a healthy balance. Also, I don’t know if you are interested in going in this direction, but I would love to see you interview spiritual, mental health advocates. Like Marianne Williamson or Brene Brown. I feel like the no nonsense, straight forward approach you have would work so well helping us all with our mental health. 💕
On the other side.. I’m sure you’ve heard this many times before. And I don’t know if you would even want to, but I’d like to see you interview Andy Cohen. I remember when the news regarding Mariah Huq and her dispute with Bravo over Married to Medicine--I wonder if those who thought Nene Leakes was lying about Bravo are now reconsidering their position.
The thing with people is the issue is so big they feel fatigued before even starting to fix it, it’s huge. Never mind the process of funding actions. Bethenny is an anomaly because she is relentless, and she does not lose energy. She fights for what she feels is right and she seems to live off the air it provides. There is no greater advocate.

The public is with you. You're doing and saying the right things, BF. I appreciate the care and concern you have for the people on these shows. There are loads of people who have podcasts who make $$ on gossiping vs. your take which is a thinking, adult take on how these shows work and the real and practical impacts to the lives of people involved. The "biting the hand......" comment kills me. Even if reality people have no"talent" they are still on tv on repeat with their image being exploited, still have rights, still deserve humane and fair treatment by law just as any workers do. I was a union rep when I was a teacher and was appalled at what administrators tried to get away with. Good job Bethany!

Example: Blow Deck Down Under just aired a naked deckhand getting into the bed of a passed out stewardess. Yes he was fired, but not before Bravo aired the footage. It was disgusting. I knew there was a deeper reason for Bethenny doing this interview...it's about exposing executives and producers of bravo/NBC of all the workplace harrassment, bullying etc. This "interview" had little to do with the actual Sandavol but much more to do with the stance Bethenny is trying to fight for
Bethenny, you should connect with Mariah Huq. Mariah is the cast member from Married To Medicine who pitched the show and is the executive producer to this day. Bravo slowly and strategically removed her out of the show she created. I think it would be powerful for you to interview her!
So much respect for what Bethany is doing! Great job explaining herself and what the truth is concerning her involvement in the reality TV situation.
Bethenny is not the voice of reality tv. She is the voice of Bethenny. I am in favour of her assertion that reality stars are exploited. But please don’t exploit others to prove your own agenda.
