Very cool project! Can we see a copy of the plans? Maybe not to build a clone, but just to learn and enjoy the excellence.
I do not have any plans. It was all built figuring things out as we went along.
The tubing you used is much larger than I'm used to seeing. It looks great! What size tube is that?
2" tubing. If I had to do it again, I would probably go with 1.75" to save a little weight...but more importantly a lot more accessories can bolt to 1.75" tubing. It's hard to find things like mirrors that clamp to 2" tubing.

How long did it take to complete it?
It took about 2.5 years from starting to tear it apart to first drive out of the garage. I could have done it much quicker, but tinkering in the garage is just a hobby when I'm not busy with family stuff.

Sorry, no plans. I just tore the car apart and did what I thought was best with putting it back together.

The only thing wrong with it was that hood scoop!!! Why didn't you get one out of a junkyard to do that to!!! You turned a $12,000-15,000 car into one worth not even half that!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I looked for almost 3 years for a wrecked 6 speed manual made 1995 or before. This was the first one at a reasonable price (the interior was shot and A LOT of suspension issues). Watch my other video on why I did this for a more full version of the story.
