Wilder made a big ass mistake by firing head trainer Mr Mark Breland for that garbage 🗑️ trainer Malik Scott . The both delusional Scott & Wilder.
In their first fight when Fury was mostly boxing, Wilder was 213 pounds to Fury 257 pounds. But Wilder still took the fight to him and dropped him twice. Fury came into second fight under this "new power" stuff but his tactic was to use his weight and excessively hold and dirty fight.
And that's exactly what he did. Wilder had a good 2nd round and Fury started holding. Then in the third round, he started hitting Wilder behind the ear. And when he dropped him in the third, that's where the shot landed. And to end the round he did it several more times. He continued to excessively hold and rabbit punch until the fight was stopped. But everyone acted like it was some boxing masterclass when the fight is on youtube so you can see if what I'm saying is true.
Wilder tried to combat that by coming into the third fight weighing 238 pounds. That's the highest he's been in his career. But that extra weight started working against him; he seemed to be winded. If he had come into that third fight about 215, I believe he would have had the energy to take him out in that 4th round when he dropped him twice. Those tactics Fury did in the 2nd fight took a toll on Wilder.
