Usyk’s charisma always went beyond the language barrier but the more he learns English the even bigger of a star he seems to become in the western world. Very much an example of the modern day ‘Peoples Champ’
Usyk is an amazing human being. Part of me is sad we'll probably only see him fight one more time. He is the best boxer of his generation. He is David who slew Goliath. An Olympic gold medalist and an undisputed cruiserweight and heavyweight champion. On top of that, he's a family man who is sincerely religious with a friendly personality, not motivated by money...
Such a pleasure to watch him box and hear him talk in a world of awkward giants and trash takling. No BS, no fake swagger. Clean skills, thoughtful reflection, and honest humor.
5 years ago couldn’t communicate without a translator, 3 years ago “mmmm I am feel, I am very feel” now his conversations in English are amazing lol… Been a huge fan of hes since the amateurs, what an inspiration
@@lordfarquard9902 Not really, I think he's just explaining the contrast in styles. AJ fought Usyk like a pure boxer. Fury is unpredictable and more exciting tbh. Usyk always took Fury the most serious because he has a style that is different to work around especially with the size difference. It's like saying a football team is playing champagne football.
@@Makle84 I see it as complimenting Fury’s style whilst playing down AJs, but each to their own, I’m sure AJ wouldn’t appreciate the comparison as much as Fury would anyway!
How good Usyk is?A fresh air on a scene of trash talkers and tik-tokersis nice. He,Lomachenko e Inoue are my favourites fighters right now.I wish Terence Crawford fights more, because he is amazing too.
I have a lot of love and respect for Uysk and have been follwing him for nearly 10 years. An absolute credit for the sport. Hopefully he's the next Marciano
39:30 The wrestling training definitely helped Oleksandr in the clinch with Fury ; Fury was unable to tie him up and use his weight to tire Oleksandr out.
when people asked "Why AJ didn't use his size advantage, why Fury didn't try to put his weight on him?" I would always say, it's because they can't, Usyk uses skill to neglect their size advantage in the clinches because he knows and trains wrestling.
Great go see and hear Usyks point of view from the fight. We live in a great time where we can hear about the fight from the fighters. After watching the fight again only had Tyson winning those rounds with the uppercut but that didn’t last long. Usyk pressured him all night and broke him
Many thanks for this interview! A rare occasion to get so much English out of this champion 😅❤ Hopefully his non-Ukrainian speaking fans get the pleasure to hear and read more from himself 🎉 An absolute warrior and role model for me 🤜🏻🤛🏻
One of the best boxing show, with one of the greatest champ ever and one of the current most prolific manager in the sport... What else? Simply delicious 😋 A1 🙏
This was the best ever 3knock down rule this one and the Rudy Hernandez episode soooo good!!and of course Mario and Kim👍and everybody that make these shows happen.keep it up👍
Usyk has been wasted in the heavyweight division. He fought a lot more at cruiser weight. Fury wasted over two years of his career. What a shame, such a beautifully skillful fighter. Watching him box is like watching art in motion.
Mario claims that Deontay Wilder had some "dominance in the heavy weight elites" until last Saturday, while in fact Wilder had lost any such dominance already 4 years ago.
That man is the best in the world, beating dudes legit 6 inches taller and 50 pounds bigger. Not some red headed PED user ducking the number 1 in his weight class and cherrypicking old faded fighters and small dudes from weight classes below
Did Usyk say he was (to paraphrase ) has been doing Taxidriver-like acting in front of a mirror? Beautiful words and also so very true.
I think we'll see more than just one more fight. Krassyuk stated he will move back to cruiserweight to collect all the belts again
He just told that he plan moving back down and get all belts
at the least he does something with his millions...re buliding Ukraine for example
I guess you didn't even watch the video. He said he intends to drop back down to cruiserweight after the rematch.
Such a pleasure to watch him box and hear him talk in a world of awkward giants and trash takling. No BS, no fake swagger. Clean skills, thoughtful reflection, and honest humor.
Loved this episode! Usyk is hilarious.
What a nice surprise that you guys got Usyk on the show! 👏
water vs sparkling water 🤣🤣
the better his English gets, the bigger star he is becoming
When Bellew called his a superstar, Usyk told him that he isnt a star because 'stars go out'😎
No, broken English suits Eastern Europeans. Rather they need a good translator to express themselves better.
He's already a national hero back home and a huge star in the Russian-speaking world.. people don't suddenly become stars when they learn English..
No, leave his accent alone. It’s his personality and a great one👍
It would grow just as much if you learned Ukrainian. Why should he have to learn English?
I can not express just how much I admire this man. What a fighter, what a guy and what a brilliant personality ❤ Go Usyk 👊🏽

14:42 For Usyk
I remember this TV show when Usyk said to Klychko brothers he would defeat AJ and Fury
This podcast should blow up! First real long form Usyk interview. Love this guy.
"I'm feel, I'm very feel"
Shout out to you guys for having the undisputed heavyweight champion great show guys...
So happy for u guys and the show to have gotten freaking Usyk in the studio!!
Usyk is An amazing fighter and an amazing person. What a personality! And what a fun interview
Aj = Still Water, Fury = Sparkling Water. Lmao that's classic!
I still don’t get it but it sounds like an insult to AJ and a compliment to Fury?
@@lordfarquard9902 why an insult? he basically said that Fury moves better
@@lordfarquard9902 Not really, I think he's just explaining the contrast in styles. AJ fought Usyk like a pure boxer. Fury is unpredictable and more exciting tbh. @@peyotrip Being still water in boxing can be perceived as a compliment?
I think that’s reaching. Basically means he was there to be hit!
@@Makle84 I see it as complimenting Fury’s style whilst playing down AJs, but each to their own, I’m sure AJ wouldn’t appreciate the comparison as much as Fury would anyway!
Respect to Usyk he's a beast
Usyk is a true champion and always a pleasure to watch fight! Cheers from Canada!
Watching this dudes career has been amazing!
it's amazing how honest Usyk is with the fight and telling us his game plan. Every fighter i've seen interviewed just gives some vague speech
Thank you Uysk, the people’s champ
Great listen. It’s impossible to not like Usyk
How good Usyk is?A fresh air on a scene of trash talkers and tik-tokersis nice. He,Lomachenko e Inoue are my favourites fighters right now.I wish Terence Crawford fights more, because he is amazing too.
Awesome interview guys.... and Usyk is very charismatic..
He and his team are good spirited and extoll good virtues, dilligence and intelligence, good examples for all, the interview panel are also great.
i wish Oleksandr speaks english better to spread his positive attitude wider) super interview, happy to listen to him. thank you , guys!
I knew that uppercut rocked him to his boots! Hes a tough man!
Usyk one the best boxers of all time ….
But more importantly he is
of the greatest humans of all time …..
A great great man … luv him…
Such a legend. Delivers every time he steps through those ropes. Determined and smart.
Improvisation damn usyk vocab is DEEP 😂😂😂
It’s similar word in Ukrainian language 😉
I have a lot of love and respect for Uysk and have been follwing him for nearly 10 years. An absolute credit for the sport. Hopefully he's the next Marciano
Usyk great champion, true best boxer PFP King

@@Cristopher-S.G Yep exactly
Lomachenko’s dad has been training them for years how to mange the clinch.
True hey... Usyk wasn't troubled at all from Fury trying to use his weight during the clinch

Usyk might be my favorite person on the planet. A true champion and deserves everything he's worked for and more.
Can’t see anybody beating a all time great cruiser weight legend like Usyk right now, he’s too good for the current division
I love this guy, he's such a Spartan in the ring and a wonder fella outta ring
Usyk is so comfortable in this interview. I love it!!
Legend
35:04 Banana Good 👌🤣🤣🤣
But not a hundred of them 😂
I love USYK. absolute legend of a bloke.
Thank you for this episode. Usyk is such a nice guy and big inspiration. I was cheering for Fury in that fight but how can you hate this guy
Thanks for Usyk 👌 I hope his English will be better in future.
Usyk venturing into Hollywood movies = he's domesticating himself gradually
For Honor, For Legacy, Oleksandr Usyk.☝🏽🏆🌎
Children should hear this particular episode to hear a man reveal the sacrifices necessary to be an undisputed champion.
Thanks TH-cam for giving me a great recommendation for once. Uysk is a model boxing professional. Big up Champ
Many thanks for this interview! A rare occasion to get so much English out of this champion 😅❤ Hopefully his non-Ukrainian speaking fans get the pleasure to hear and read more from himself 🎉 An absolute warrior and role model for me 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Aj is basically a text book fighter with good fundamentals. Fury is a very rangey boxer thats very losee for his hight weight
Thanks for this. Was an absolute pleasure listening to Usyk and his thoughts :)
It was such a fun when he made an impression of Tyson Fury with the ropes-hands 😂😂😂

Agree, their best show ever.
Much better channel than all those "UK" channels with Kugan and so on
What an awesome episode thank you guys and great job!
Guy is a legend. Always rooting for Usyk!
*Usyk is a legend* 🇺🇦🔥
what a nice Bloke he is!
Just have to say from an other old boxing scribe (Patrick Kehoe), you (and Mario) are doing a great job behind the mike, Steve!
Awesome show! Thank you!
Oleksander THE GREAT!🇬🇧👍
Steve Kim doesn't realize that if he buzzes his hair that amount of hoochies he'd be able to pull in 3 seconds lol
lol yeah. that hair needs to go. it looks ridiculous
The dude is amazing looks the same size as me and is undisputed heavyweight champ unbelievable
GREAT SHOW!
Best Usyk interview maybe ever
Amazing show, USYK is ATG, hope you can get Fury on the show too
Great interview
What a great interview with THE champ. Candid and insightful.
No one can take that away from Usyk.....undisputed....the baddest man on the planet
16:13 Fury in that picture 🤣🤣
Thank you for this.
Great interview. Usyk is a funny dude
He's a great champion! Really, someone all fans can admire
The greatest!
Usyk is the man, I’m surprised the rumours of usyk going back down real.

He thought Dubois in between
Brilliant Boys, as always 👍👍👍
Nice one 👏👏🇺🇦💪
Usyk is undisputed champion in and out of the ring, the right worthy man won, he’s everything Fury isn’t
Best fighter in the world best man in the world 🌎
Great show fellas

Great interview guy. Well done for getting the top name.
Greedy belly like a sparkling water 😂 good comparison and also great pick on Bivol Beterbiev
Klitchko Vladimir 😄
How is this show with undisputed heavyweight and they dont interact with him for first 15 minutes
Your hearing this from me first, 2-2.5 years time, Usyks last mega fight at Cruiserweight vs Jai Opatia ;-)
That man is the best in the world, beating dudes legit 6 inches taller and 50 pounds bigger. Not some red headed PED user ducking the number 1 in his weight class and cherrypicking old faded fighters and small dudes from weight classes below
The ginger fraud is even worse than that. His fights are fixed
I'm hoping the Hollywood lifestyle won't affect Usyk's mindset for the rematch. Like Ruiz 2 because Tyson Fury will be more determined in this fight.
41:30 Andrei Mikhailovich from New Zealand is the fighter. Born in Russia, but grew up in NZ since he was a kid.
is it tough man? Can he punch the soul from Engis´s boy?
Great show as always fellas 🫡🥊
