Hello! 1. It's not totally empty, but a lot of people are still staying at home and taking classes online. 2. The apartment's not assigned! You have to pretty much find one on your own. ArtCenter doesn't necessarily recommend apartments since it's really up to you, but it's better if you're taking in-person classes. I think the rent here is usually around 2k-3k per month.

It depends on what kind of apartment you're looking for! Our apartment is 1 bed/1 bath, and I'm pretty sure 1 bed/1 bath apartments' rent is usually in that range (2k-3k).
