The Sole SRVO is a smart home gym platform designed to replace basically an entire weight room. It’s very compact, so much so that you can slide it under a bed or put it away in a closet when you’re done with it.
The SRVO lets you do over 150 exercises and lift up to 264 lbs (132 lbs per cable) of weight. The weight adjusts easily with the dial on the platform in 1 lb increments or in the Sole+ App.
The Sole SRVO is pricy, but it’s more budget-friendly than many other smart home gyms. You can purchase 2 different packages, one with the bench and one without, depending on what kind of exercises you want to do. The bench is a little bulky and takes up extra space so just keep this in mind. It’s good for bench presses and Bulgarian split squats.
The Sole+ App is completely optional to adjust the weight and follow along with SRVO-specific trainer-led video workouts. You can also see all of the workout options with a graphic demonstrating each exercise, in the app, too.
Overall, if you want to lift a pretty large amount of weight in the fraction of the space that a dumbbell rack takes up, I would consider the Sole SRVO.

So glad you mentioned the voice. That makes it a pass for me. Been trying to decide between this and the Vitruvian. Yes the Vitruvian cost more, but it does have more resistance and no annoying voice.

Great video on an undercovered product. Could you please do a follow up video showing more on how the app works with the SRVO?

Can you also comment on whether you feel the resistance feels as smooth as on the Vitruvian? If you have the chance, could you also compare the SRVO to the Speediance Gym Pal!
    Love the channel btw!

The SRVO doesn't feel as smooth as the Vitruvian. The Vitruvian is definitely a premium machine and premium quality. The SRVO still feels pretty smooth, but the Vitruvian is a bit higher quality with everything, including the resistance. We don't have the Speediance in yet for testing, but if we're able to get it, we'll do a review!
We don't have any plans right now to do a follow-up video of the SRVO pairing to the Sole+ App. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the app though.

how linked is the app to the device? In terms of measuring reps, logging the weight used, etc

It counts your reps and tracks the weight during your workout. It also tracks your time, sets, and reps, and calculates your average pounds per rep in your workout history in the app.

@@TreadmillReviewGuru Thanks, love the reviews. Can I also ask, how do you find the included exercise guides compared to vitruvian?

@@WandaLam-bo4xd Thanks for watching! Vitruvian is more integrated when it comes to guidance in the app than Sole. It tracks your range of motion as well as weight and reps. The Sole+ App pairs to track reps and weight, but Vitruvian has more connected capabilities in the app. I prefer using the Vitruvian App as a whole, but I appreciate that the SRVO can be used without the app since the app is required with the Vitruvian.
