We now have the Sole F89, so as promised, here is my full review of it. Overall, this treadmill is what we expect from Sole. It’s stable, quiet, durable, and well-constructed. As far as construction, the F89 has excellent build quality, like other Sole treadmills we love, it’s just a bit sleeker and heavier-duty.
It’s also a premium treadmill that’s priced as such. It’s a little bit of a splurge (check the link above to see the current price), but it’s worth it if you want a high-quality treadmill with premium features and a large screen with included training content.
I really appreciate that Sole has included trainer-led workout videos, onboard workout programs, and 12 preloaded streaming apps like Netflix, available for free with the F89. Screen-mirroring content from your phone, like the Sole+ App for more workouts, is available too.
Aside from the streaming content on the 21.5” touch screen, the Sole F89 has a large, solid deck that supports all strides and abilities. It also folds up when you’re done. The motor is a 4.0 HP motor that’s designed for heavy use.
If you’re looking for a premium treadmill with plenty of training and content features, I would consider the Sole F89.

Those weird gaps in the speed are really inconvenient! Also, why don't these workouts control incline? Makes no sense!

Bought this and currently returning. For the price it most definitely did not live up to the height. It’s naturally on an incline which is unfortunate. The worst part is the tech. You’re pretty much paying for the screen and apps and just terrible. The speakers sound like they are muffled. The screen is pixelated. It’s like watching a TV from 1994. The touch is terrible and am hard to use. It’s extremely hard to reach as mentioned in the video.
I also noticed that a few days after I ordered Sole added the reviews to their website which were terrible and rated 2.7/5 stars. I check yesterday and they took all the reviews and ratings down. I think Sole knows they messed up.
Luckily I decided to purchase a Horizon 7.8 so hopefully I’ll have better luck!
