Sticky Rice in Bamboo Tubes

Ingredients:
1. Fresh bamboo tubes
2. Sticky rice (soak over night)
3. 1 Can 14 oz. coconut milk
4. 2 Can water
5. 1 1/4 Cup sugar
6. 1 Tablespoon salt
*Estimate soaking the rice and making the coconut liquid according to how many bamboo tubes you have.

It is easire if you can find young banana leaf to cover the sticky rice, when it cooks, the rice will not stick directly to the bamboo, this is LEMANG
