This is by far the best speaking bot that I've ever come across on the internet the one of the reasons why this body so good is that it allows you to find texts and audio based around the tip topics that you're interested in it allows you to read and listen and then afterwards you can study the vocabulary even allows you to save words into a word list and provide you with translation but the brilliant thing is that once you've read the text and you've listened to it and you've studied the vocabulary you've even answered some questions you can then talk about that text the speaking but will actually ask you questions related to that text and I've never seen anything like this this particular technology works in multiple languages it's called lingolette recently I was asked to review 20 of the best speaking bots and this was by far the best one that I come across and this is so connected to the way that we teach languages in the class because students are encouraged to read text listen to it to study the vocabulary to understand and then afterwards the talk about it so the great thing about this is that it means the language is being processed and used I've been testing this out both in this Polish and Spanish and I'm really impressed I love the fact that I can study vocabulary around a topic get familiar with that topic understand the text that I've read and then afterwards I can speak about it and practice they vocabulary that I've just been studying this is by far the most original bot I've ever come across and the amazing thing is there's a free version I would really encourage you to use it it's called lingolette when I logged in I've logged in using way Google account and then the first thing that you need to do is set up the language that you want to learn the language that you speak your level and the topics that you're interested in the great thing about this technology is that it's shares texts and listening around topics that you're interested in

Thank you, Russell. I have tried it out in French. My level of proficiency in French is probably an A2 but I managed to read and have a discussion with the bot quite easily (having entered the level of proficiency you want to practise at is definitely useful). It's great to have a script of the discussion which you can refer to after. Really useful. I will definitely share it with other teachers!
