I am glad to see doctor talks about fasting. I introduced fasting to a few of my friends who flat out said it is not healthy. But after they ran out of option to lose the weight, and gave fasting a try. Now they are happy with the result. Nothing is easier than fasting, timing saving from cooking (except I still have to cook everyday for family), money saving too.

7:55 !!! I JUST finished a 36 hour fast and broke my fast while visiting my mom’s house and i had to run straight into the bathroom about 30 minutes after eating too!!
I do 36 hours between meals. I force myself to eat as much as I can but I can barely finish a regular plate. I drink lots of water and walk everywhere during the fasting period. I’m 47 and I have amazing abs. Even young babes are checking out my buttocks. Dudes too!

Congrats! l stumble into some videos on IF and l had watched a lot of it. 8//25 l started the IF and the first-day l did 20/4 and the rest of the first week l did the one meal a day. l dropped 11 pounds of the first week (9/1) and l am on my second week now l will weigh this coming Wednesday (9/8) and l can't wait. l am thinking of going to 48 hours it is doable. l need to do a lot of cleaning l haven't been good lol. l am 5'-10" and l was 252.2 pounds. l am naturally muscular build so l need to do some clean up in the cellular level lol
