    Nice Test Justin!!! Fast bike the battery gauge will pop back up when you stop because the battery isn't under load when you stop. Usually doesn't go all the way to full. That range is not bad for dual motors going that fast. Have a wonderful day my friend!!!😊

    Do it in settings p08 you hold the up and down on the lcd controller. It brings you to a factory menu then go to page p08 and change it to 100mph. Then the battery from 32 or something to 48. You can go even further and mess with the tire diameter but I didn’t I just copied a guys settings offline and it worked. I get like 42mph on a full battery and 38mph on a deadish one and I weigh 150lb. The video I used is on here I’m just too lazy to link it 😅

    I've had this same bike for about a month now and I've put 350 miles on it in that time. I love this bike.
    I was able to customize how the bike behaves through the display menu. I changed mine so there are 3 modes instead of 5. Mode 1 13.5 mph, Mode 2 23 mph, Mode 3 32 mph. You can even have 9 modes if you want.
    I disabled pedal assist so my pedaling and throttling are separate. I like having more control over the motor. Sometimes I want to creep at low speed and the pedal assist is not subtle.
    I keep the front motor off most of the time. I use it like a turbo when I want more acceleration or if I'm climbing a hill. Super easy to reach the switch without letting go of the handlebars. I've climbed some very steep and uneven terrain in this thing and it flew up with no sign of struggle. The tricky part is keeping weight on the front wheel so it keeps traction.
    Doing peel-outs from a dead stop is pretty fun too.
    Regarding holding the brake and turning on the bike to unlock it- I accidently did this while holding the right brake and it limited the bike to 15mph. Basically half powered. I thought it was broken and it took me a while to figure out how to undo it, which was just holding the brake again and turning it back on while holding for 15 secs.
    Last thing I'll say about this bike is to check the bolts on the front tire often because they can come loose if you abuse your bike like I do.

    why is the top speed for single vs dual motor virtually the same? It can't be just for more torque and acceleration, it should be able to go much faster on dual motor. Also its got foot pegs for a passenger? Could you really fit someone else if you really had to?

  • @DasDutchman56
    @DasDutchman56 14 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I think that I'd be using the Dual Motor for uphill and off road situations to save on battery. I live in the Ozarks where there are a lot of hills.

    • @BackroadFreedom
      @BackroadFreedom  22 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      If you want to go 30 miles, you would want to keep it on single mode. I was just testing it out in dual mode at P5 and throttle only. You can get more distance if you peddle some and just use single mode.

      @@BackroadFreedom according to the manufacturer, you should be able to go 70 miles per charge...so, I think you would have to charge it at work, or get another battery that you could swap at work, I doubt you can really get 70 miles per charge, unless you weigh 75 pounds...

      @timl7582 it’s ain’t that bad putting it together. I wouldn’t mess with the settings on the bike. I’ve done it and it dropped the top speed to 16 mph. If that ever happens you can change the settings back to default. Other people have left comments in here on how to change it back and run normal again.
