your asmr book videos really are the best. also thank you for pointing out how it is okay when we read less. i had been feeling so bad because i was in a huge reading slump, hadn’t read since the end of september/beggining of october but finally picked up a new book and now i’m reading it at my own pace because reading deserves to be an escape from reality and how you once said, we have to do what feels right. my mental health hasn’t been great so, for now, this is what i can do and that’s okay ♥️ thank you fleur for being such a comfort for me, you and your videos ❤️🩹

I read I Who Have Never Known Men earlier this year and absolutely loved it. I’ve thought about it many times since. I don’t think another book has made me feel such a deep sense of isolation and loneliness before. I mean that in the best way possible. Loved the video, thanks for all you do ❤️

I am still working my way through Circe, but I am really enjoying it so far. I had to pick up a few lighter books in between like "Check & Mate" by Ali Hazelwood (so cute, so hot, loved it) and "A good girls guide for murder" (A gripping YA-Thriller). I had the idea that maybe in your next haul or wrap up video you could read out the first sentence as well, if you liked to? I personally like to read them when I am in a book store. Idk they often have this special feeling to them 😅😊

I relate hardcore to the Power of Now. I read it and whilst understanding it, I felt judged while reading. Which is not the way to get me to experience my spirituality fully. Michael A Singer's the Untethered Soul is my Bible. It helps to find a text, teacher or friend who aligns with your ideas and you can align your vibrations with them.

Hahaha no its not a weird question at all! My mind goes back and forth. When I think of video/internet stuff it’s in english but day to day is just in dutch. Especially when I have to be honest with myself - I need to consiously switch because english always leaves a bit of an emotional barrier. Dreams are in dutch I think. So on filming/editting days I’m in an english zone 🤪 I hope that answers your question :)))

Just once I wish the world would learn to stop flipping the coin of sexist nonsense and acting like it’s any better when the opposite sex does it. Let’s seek equally, not an over correction of the same flaw and call it ok. If these books description were actually the opposite they wouldn’t be read or picked…. Equality isn’t achieved by reversing the direction of a flaw to have the other end harassed and pushed as inferior.
What are you on about 🤨 go sign some petitions that are pushing towards true equality for women if you’re so angry about it 🫡 feminism wouldn’t exist if so many men weren’t the way they are and have been since the beginning of time.
Olivie Blake is an author who has great potential i think, i already read The Atlas Six which i LOVED and it's true that you have to take your time reading her books bc her writing style is quite unique. Im looking forward to reading Alone in the Ether and the next two books in the Atlas trilogy🥹🥹🥹❤️
