He basically created an all-or-nothing scenario when it comes to Nihilus; if you had the Force he could instantly kill you and your individual power in the Force meant absolutely nothing. It was only if you didn’t have the Force, then you could beat him. That was part of the point of KOTOR 2’s story; relying on the Force is weakness. There's no one that can survive the force drain ability of Nihilus, he could continue feeding on you non stop. Even Sidious and Valkorian wouldn't be able to survive. It need an anomalie in the force to beat him.

I don’t believe nihilus wins in an all things equal, neutral ground, battle arena. Agility is EASILY Vader so you got that one wrong. And by the literal definition of stamina, that is also Vader. Making it 11-7 on points. But also to delve deeper into that, nihilus simply isn’t able to withstand using his full power or “hax” abilities for long. Vader most definitely is. And if you think his raw power isn’t enough to weather the storm, you’re wrong. Also, for everyone who brings up the fact that Vader’s suit is vulnerable to force lightning and made to be that way, you’re right. BUT as far as I know he spent time in secret coming up with pretty bulletproof defenses against such things that sidious could’ve done to him. Even when he didn’t know his suits vulnerabilities. As a stylistic matchup, Vader is one of the worst for nihilus. And vice versa. But in my opinion Vader gets it done.

DARTH NIHILUS WAS THE MOST SKILLED IN THIS COMBACT FORM.
And Darth Nihilus has not only FORCE DRAIN, he can use FORCE SEVER (the ability to stop the connection between living beings and force), he was proficient in DARK RAGE, FARSIGHT, FORCE LIGHTNING (the red ones that are the most dangerous), FORCE RESISTENCE, FORCE SCREAM, FORCE PLAGUE and FORCE WHIRLWIND. He could also increase the strenght of Force powers, if he wished, and he was capable of reaching through the Force at a range as far as a star system.
