Nice work, if only I too had some high quality machinery. For now I'm stuck with a hand drill and some spray paint haha, but I'll get there eventually :)
On a manual machine you would likely use a vise with a swivel base. Or realign the vise to be at 1 degree directly mounted to the table and use an indicator and some trig/math to set the angle.
It's an 1/8" don't remember DOC. I likely left .010 on the roughing with the square endmill, did a semi-finish leaving .002" for the final. Something like that.

I hate when you're in the middle of a run and the mill kicks off.... It always makes me cringe! Nice work! Can't wait to see the final product!

5:02 if you went down the side instead of right down the center of the workpiece you wont get the banging, easier on the spindle. stay in the climb
How does the machine understand were to cut the metal ?does it work with Step files or STL ?Something similar to that?
No. Its a PM45, painted blue.
Love the Hsm techniec
@Joey,everybody especially machinist, thinks they can do a better job. They still got a bad ass finish.Nice work guys!
meaning of perfection! !!!
What size ball end mill did you use and what was your depth of cut?

Nice work! Never mind the trolls.
Sizzle Chest,
The video quality and lighting is much better, however what's with all the oopsy's on the vise?
Tighten up your game, Jerky Boy.

Tooling is jumping all over the place. You should rough cut with a larger end mill first. That fly cutter needs attention.
A knuckle sammich would suit you better, Tuff Guy.
That machine makes my 3d printer look like a joke
Wery wery stupidly!!! For what is make slide lightening for???
