Thanks for making a peaceful series, I can't play on other settings cause I get chest pain from jump scares. I know it's not for most players, but all the people I've played with in the past also loved peaceful for the relaxing vibes. I hope your series does really well! Thank you so much for sharing! ^-^ I actually have a friend who has the exact same problem, so she's going to try this as well. I'm so happy to get to share this with you, and I hope you enjoy playing.
So cool to see a peaceful series! A few years ago I decided to stop dealing with mobs in modded so I could focus more on what I enjoy in the game, but I was scared to invest myself into the peaceful modpacks I found. So I started adding mods like Apathetic Mobs or Apathy to regular modpacks. These mods make it so hostile mobs are passive by default, and optionally they can become hostile if you attack them. It's really helped me continue to enjoy modpacks using mob farms etc. without dealing with the constant anxiety from random danger
This might actually be the first peaceful series I've ever seen. Not many people do it, so good on you :) I had this on in the background while I played minecraft and I can't wait for the next one!
I actually love this, these kind of videos are a lot comforting and I can listen until I fall asleep. I hate getting woken up by a screaming MC TH-camr getting killed by a creeper wahaha, I also recommend farmer's delight if you like cooking mods that aren't so brutal like that one butcher mod
Just stumbled across your channel and wow, I love how cosy this playthrough is! I love having videos like these in the background as i crochet, cus i wont be jumpscared by something random. Excited for the rest of the series! ❤
Watching this makes my brain feel fuzzy in the best way. Feels like I could wake up in the morning with my window open to hear the morning birds greeting and sip my cuppa coffee (or tea) and just watch this playthrough. I need this modpack in my life! I've been on a hunt for a good Roleplay modpack for my friends and I to stream, and I don't think ANY of us considered something on the peaceful end, and I think I'm gonna HAVE to recommend it! Would really take the stress of the rest of my days off. Not to mention, I enjoy your commentary so much!
Aw! Thank you so much! ^-^ The mod pack isn't complete yet. I'm still experimenting, but feel free to make your own tweaks to it until then. I never thought about *peaceful* role-playing. Hmm... I might have to try that as well.
Aw this was so nostalgic. I played Biomes o Plenty like a million years ago. Jacaranda was my favorite tree! I was listening to this while cutting out sewing patterns for doll clothes :)
This is really nice! Feels nostalgic too! Those mods really add the game. I'm also glad I'm not the only one who feels bad killing mobs in the game haha! I can't wait to watch more they're so relaxing!!!!
I love it. It’s so nice to be relaxed. This reminds me of being a kid. No scary monsters and the world is safe. And it’s so nice to have something calm to watch while playing
There's a mod you should install, Jade! It's amazing it tells you what you are looking at. And the mod Every Compat, it makes wood compatible for making crafting tables or other wood items (like with Chipped ) with any kind of wood. Loved the start. Great Job!!
Even though I'd started playing in regular mode, I eventually found peaceful mode was more my style. I really enjoyed seeing how you played in peaceful mode. Thank you for sharing this video! :)
another cool thing to add to the feel of the playthrough is the resource pack fresh animations! or the mod better animations collection! they breathe so much life into every mob and it personally makes me so happy when i play with either or. you cant play with both at the same time so youd have to choose one!
I played with the Biomes o' Plenty mod a few years ago and made all those happy little noises every time I discovered something new too. Inventory management was a big pain because I wanted to see every new block before I started building. You are enticing me to try again. Thanks for introducing the challenge of peaceful mode. I have never thought of it like that. I look forward to more videos!
Loving this so much! I've been playing modded for so long I can't even do vanilla anymore. Biomes O' Plenty is awesome! Just wait until you explore some more, you're going to lose your mind. As always your creativity astounds me, looking forward to the next episode!
A mod you might find handy: Crafting on a stick. It adds inventory versions of a bunch of things like the crafting table, stone cutter and anvil. (I believe it will also work with Chipped and make chipped tables on a stick.) Also, I'm so glad to finally see someone else who likes building with Granite. Everyone else just seems to write it off and it looks so good.
i am happy that people started to play in peaceful mode ! i love peaceful environment , but i wish i could play with someone. but i hope you all all the fun in the world while playing !!
New comfort Minecrafter discovered. You seem like an absolute sweetheart and a joy to be around, and your voice is simultaneously invigorating and soothing! A peaceful survival series is surprisngly refreshing after so many hardcore series out there!
My modded peaceful protip is to get create mod for string, since you can mill(?) Wool into string, therefore not needing to go looking for mineshafts. Farmers delight also offers a way to recycle leather armor into leather should you need it (at least i think. Im using a fabric version not the official one) As for normal tips, idk i play with keep inventory so i can explore without the stress of potentially losing items thousands of blocks from home. Anywho this series feels like a breath of fresh air. Its nice to see a series in peaceful since most these days tend to be in hardcore and thats just not my playstyle. I look forward to seeing what this series will become :]
I love this series already!! i was listening to this while finishing some art and starting a whole new one! i also love playing on peaceful, saves me from freaking out in caves

Stumbled across this video while scrolling through TH-cam, I'm really glad I clicked on it. Seeing a peaceful world being played is a form of relaxation I didn't know I needed until now. So thank you for this video and can't wait for more.
love how your voice isnt forced to be "calm" , it feels like an actual person is speaking to me and not some robot. lot's of personality too, i love it :3
I love the modpack and shaders! The world looks so beautiful! And I never thought of peaceful as a difficult...well...difficulty, but it makes total sense! I'm excited to see where this series goes! :D
I've never thought of doing a peaceful world before. But this actually looks so fun. I've been spinning yarn when watching this. I can't wait to follow this series while I make more yarn
Watching this with my wife after a long day of work. We needed something calm to watch after dinner and there you are. You may have fooled us with the title but we dont blame you, thats some really nice looking world. Your vibe is one of a kind. We felt that moment you couldn't craft the crafting table at the cave, thats some heartbreaking situation lol. -- Mel & Julio
This is so cute! It has been so long since I've come across such a vibe. As a modded minecrafter, I highly recommend getting a tree fall mod. With the massive trees(and the ones with 'branches') it makes it soooo easy to cut down. There are some that just take the wood and others that will take down the whole tree + fast decay the leaves. truly a live saver imo. (I also love using mini maps)
You helped me by keeping me company while I figure out the design and functionality of my new desert village/city. I’m definitely gonna check out these mods, they’re GORGEOUS! Love that light blue wood.
I was having a rough day and decided to watch some TH-cam when your video popped up on my feed!! It genuinely made me feel much better (and super peaceful lol), and now I can’t wait to see more!!!
I really love the idea and especially the execution! Don't worry about getting too excited when the series is supposed to be "chill", as all of the excitement comes off as genuine, which adds to the atmosphere. A few mod suggestions (once you feel comfortable with what you already have): - JEI (allows you to search for everything with their recipes in the pack with different search filters like @chipped will only show the items from the chipped mod) - Supplementaries (adds quite a few things that feel vanilla, like being able to place sticks) - Quark (Specifically for the trowel which randomises which block in your hotbar gets placed) - Chisel and bits (allows you to split a cube into 16*16*16 for ultra detail) - Construction wands (Place multiple blocks at a time with a randomise feature) Also, I was levelling up weapons in a game called warframe, which is definitely not chill, lol.
I came here for tea, stayed for [box]. Thank you for the video, it’s a pleasure to be here; so much so, I think I might join! Only, you seem to be getting a couple mod recommendations which might violate your modpack’s purpose and theme so, in a roundabout way I’ll simply say, “I’ll be adding Antique Atlas for my play through.” (Iff the mod is available for 1.21) Have a fine week, all. 😁
Will have to play with this modlist when i get a pc that can run it but you have been my background while doing some statistics for my masters thesis. Very calming, ty. I hope this becomes a series that updates more than once every year XD
I also play on peaceful mode and I noticed someone gave some tips, so here's a couple of my own that pop up in my head: You can get bones from killing cod and salmon and I find that mining quartz in the nether gives a bunch of experience points
@@Isabox00 i don't recall if you added farming mods, but if there's one with a cutting board I believe it gives you bonemeal EVERY time you chop up some raw fish!!

I'm so happy you enjoyed it! I will do my best to not scream. ^-^ Farmer's delight has been a popular suggestion! I'll see what I can do.
Just stumbled across your channel and wow, I love how cosy this playthrough is! I love having videos like these in the background as i crochet, cus i wont be jumpscared by something random. Excited for the rest of the series! ❤
Yay! I'm so happy you found it! ^-^ Happy crocheting.
i was very confused thinking this was a publicly available modpack and i couldnt find it then realised it was a modpack made for this series
Haha. Yep, this is a custom mod pack, but I'm working on making it public here in the next few months. ^-^
I'm trying to calm down before an interview and this came up in my feed. I'm so glad I've found you! Very chill and lovely
Of course! I'm honored to have been able to help you calm down a bit. Interviews suck, but I hope yours goes well! ^0^ You're gonna be amazing!
watching this while relaxing after work, enjoying a cup of tea ☕cosy vibes 😊
Yes! Just as I intended. ^-^ Thanks, Ole! Good job making it through work.
I love the nooks and crannies in the house and how you decorated them. It makes it a lot more homey.
Thank you! ^-^ We work with what we have.
I was watching/ listening to while cooking stirfry on my day off and it was great!
Ooo. That sounds good. ^-^
What a great idea for a series! Love the vibe, and the starter home is perfect!! 🤩
Thanks, Oda! ^-^ I'm pretty happy with the vibes so far.
Hmm... I might have to try that as well.
love the video, so comforting! Ever since I play Minecraft (2015), I've always played on peaceful and only this year I'm trying difficulty on.
Good for you! I hope you have fun.
I am hooked right off the bat watching this.
Aw! Thank you so much. ^-^ I'm so happy you enjoyed it.
what a fun enjoyable episode
helping me get through rocket dynamics 😭
I'm so happy you think so! ^-^ Oof, cheering you on.
i watched this while crocheting myself a sweater for fall, i love the comfy and chill vibes of this video a lot :)
Crocheting is so fun! I'm so happy you enjoyed it. I hope the sweater turns out well.
doing chill series like these look like so much fun!!!
It *is* fun! You should try it. ^-^
Aw this was so nostalgic. I played Biomes o Plenty like a million years ago. Jacaranda was my favorite tree!
I was listening to this while cutting out sewing patterns for doll clothes :)
Oh, how fun! ^-^ I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm enjoying it too.
I loved everything about this! I was writing a scene for a book while listening. Your excitement was contagious 🤩
Oh, my goodness! I'm surprised you can write while listening to a video. I can barely write while listening to a song. So happy you enjoyed it!
this is so fun! now i want to build a peaceful mod pack!! i can’t wait for you to continue this!!!
Thank you! ^-^ Go for it. It's a lot of fun so far!
This is really nice! Feels nostalgic too! Those mods really add the game. I'm also glad I'm not the only one who feels bad killing mobs in the game haha!
I can't wait to watch more they're so relaxing!!!!
Thank you so much! ^-^ I'm so glad you think so.
I love it. It’s so nice to be relaxed. This reminds me of being a kid. No scary monsters and the world is safe. And it’s so nice to have something calm to watch while playing
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! It's been fun for me too. ^-^
There's a mod you should install, Jade! It's amazing it tells you what you are looking at. And the mod Every Compat, it makes wood compatible for making crafting tables or other wood items (like with Chipped ) with any kind of wood. Loved the start. Great Job!!
Thanks for the suggestions! I'll check those out. I'm glad you enjoyed it. ^-^
Even though I'd started playing in regular mode, I eventually found peaceful mode was more my style. I really enjoyed seeing how you played in peaceful mode. Thank you for sharing this video! :)
My pleasure! Turns out, there's a lot of us peaceful players out there. ^-^
another cool thing to add to the feel of the playthrough is the resource pack fresh animations! or the mod better animations collection! they breathe so much life into every mob and it personally makes me so happy when i play with either or. you cant play with both at the same time so youd have to choose one!
That sounds cool! Thanks for the suggestion.
Thank you so much for watching! ^-^ I hope you try it yourself. It's been so fun.
Loving this so much! I've been playing modded for so long I can't even do vanilla anymore. Biomes O' Plenty is awesome! Just wait until you explore some more, you're going to lose your mind. As always your creativity astounds me, looking forward to the next episode!
@@wyndiva Thank you, Wyndiva! I didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I am, but I really am. ^-^ I'm pretty stoked to explore more.
A mod you might find handy: Crafting on a stick. It adds inventory versions of a bunch of things like the crafting table, stone cutter and anvil. (I believe it will also work with Chipped and make chipped tables on a stick.)
Also, I'm so glad to finally see someone else who likes building with Granite. Everyone else just seems to write it off and it looks so good.
Noted! Thank you for the suggestion. ^-^ Yes! Another granite fan! Totally underrated building block.
i am happy that people started to play in peaceful mode ! i love peaceful environment , but i wish i could play with someone.
but i hope you all all the fun in the world while playing !!
Peaceful has been great! ^-^ Thank you so much. Playing with friends is a lot of fun, but there's a sort of art to learning how to make your own fun.
New comfort Minecrafter discovered. You seem like an absolute sweetheart and a joy to be around, and your voice is simultaneously invigorating and soothing! A peaceful survival series is surprisngly refreshing after so many hardcore series out there!
Thank you so much! ^-^ I'm so glad you think so.
My modded peaceful protip is to get create mod for string, since you can mill(?) Wool into string, therefore not needing to go looking for mineshafts.
Farmers delight also offers a way to recycle leather armor into leather should you need it (at least i think. Im using a fabric version not the official one)
As for normal tips, idk i play with keep inventory so i can explore without the stress of potentially losing items thousands of blocks from home.
Anywho this series feels like a breath of fresh air. Its nice to see a series in peaceful since most these days tend to be in hardcore and thats just not my playstyle. I look forward to seeing what this series will become :]
Thank you so much for the suggestions! ^-^ I'll try to find those. And I'm so glad you're enjoying it. Hardcore is definitely not my style either.
So lovely! And very interesting to see stress free experience without mobs. Have fun!
Thank you! ^-^ I'm having a lot of fun with it so far.
The perfect start to a peaceful series ❤. I only have minecraft on my phone, so I am living vicariously through your experience. Love all the mods. 😊
Thank you, Chelsea!
I love this series already!! i was listening to this while finishing some art and starting a whole new one! i also love playing on peaceful, saves me from freaking out in caves
That's great! I'm glad I could be your background noise for a bit. ^-^ I also prefer not freaking out in caves. XD
Such a cozy little starter house! I am so glad you're getting to try modded, you sound so happy doing it! It makes me want to try modded again 😅
Thank you! It's a lot of fun! ^-^ But definitely not for the faint-of-GPU.
now this...this is a good ol, chillin moment. and i looove it. stumbled upon you in me recommendeds, and i feel like im gonna enjoy you going through the peaceful experience. no bloodshed, no fighting, just..peaceful. mm, nice pace of change. and you have only played minecraft for a year? oh this is gonna be eeeven better!
Amazing! I'm so happy you're enjoying, and yes. I'm just a baby Minecrafter. ^-^ We do be chillin.
Stumbled across this video while scrolling through TH-cam, I'm really glad I clicked on it. Seeing a peaceful world being played is a form of relaxation I didn't know I needed until now. So thank you for this video and can't wait for more.
I'm so happy you enjoyed it! ^-^ More to come.
@@Isabox00 Looking forward to it 😃
love how your voice isnt forced to be "calm" , it feels like an actual person is speaking to me and not some robot. lot's of personality too, i love it :3
Thank you! ^-^ I can't get my voice to sound calm, so I'm glad you prefer the personality. XD
The way you did the timelapse is amazing, I might have to start doing mine like that :>
Thank you!! It's fun to edit that way too.
So glad you came up on my feed! It's so much fun to watch someone else enjoy playing modded peaceful ☺️
I'm so glad you found me. Thanks, friend! ^-^
Im preparing dinner, anyone want fajitas? 😂😂
🤚😮
🤯 me! (^w^ hehe)
Ross? Is that you? 😂
WHAT KIND OF FAJITAS?!????
I love the modpack and shaders! The world looks so beautiful! And I never thought of peaceful as a difficult...well...difficulty, but it makes total sense! I'm excited to see where this series goes! :D
Thank you so much! ^-^ I'm pretty happy with the seed so far (especially since it was random). And peaceful will be a fun learning curve for sure.
I just found you and your voice is so sweet. I'm here to stay now I excited for this series!
Aw! ^-^ Thank you so much!
I've never thought of doing a peaceful world before. But this actually looks so fun. I've been spinning yarn when watching this. I can't wait to follow this series while I make more yarn
That's so cool! ^-^ And thank you! It's a lot of fun to make.
Thank you so much! ^-^ I appreciate you both and hope you rest well.
Thank you so much! ^-^ I'm so glad you enjoyed it. These are great suggestions.
Watching this was lovely. Thank you! I didn't know how much I needed a cup of tea
My pleasure, friend! ^-^ Making it kind of feels like a cup of tea to me, so I'm glad we could share.
You helped me by keeping me company while I figure out the design and functionality of my new desert village/city. I’m definitely gonna check out these mods, they’re GORGEOUS! Love that light blue wood.
That's amazing! Glad I could help. ^-^ And please do. I'm loving these mods so far.
Great start to a new season. Love the new house!!
Thank you so much, Cube! ^-^
I was having a rough day and decided to watch some TH-cam when your video popped up on my feed!! It genuinely made me feel much better (and super peaceful lol), and now I can’t wait to see more!!!
Oh, good! I'm so happy to have helped a bit. ^-^ Sorry about your tough day, but I'm proud of you for getting through it. Thanks for joining me!
Adorable vid! Love your vibe and expression, keep up!
Thank you! ^-^ I shall continue to be expressive.
I really love the idea and especially the execution! Don't worry about getting too excited when the series is supposed to be "chill", as all of the excitement comes off as genuine, which adds to the atmosphere.
A few mod suggestions (once you feel comfortable with what you already have):
- JEI (allows you to search for everything with their recipes in the pack with different search filters like @chipped will only show the items from the chipped mod)
- Supplementaries (adds quite a few things that feel vanilla, like being able to place sticks)
- Quark (Specifically for the trowel which randomises which block in your hotbar gets placed)
- Chisel and bits (allows you to split a cube into 16*16*16 for ultra detail)
- Construction wands (Place multiple blocks at a time with a randomise feature)
Also, I was levelling up weapons in a game called warframe, which is definitely not chill, lol.
Thank you so much! ^-^ I'm glad my excitement is coming across well. And thank you for the suggestions. I'll try to look into those.
Yay! ^-^ So happy to have you, friend! Thank you for watching. Play however you feel suits you. Everyone takes their tea a little differently.
@@Isabox00, ☺️
Will have to play with this modlist when i get a pc that can run it but you have been my background while doing some statistics for my masters thesis. Very calming, ty. I hope this becomes a series that updates more than once every year XD
Do it! It's fun. ^-^ Statistics? Yikes. Well, glad I could help a bit. Thanks for watching!
I also play on peaceful mode and I noticed someone gave some tips, so here's a couple of my own that pop up in my head: You can get bones from killing cod and salmon and I find that mining quartz in the nether gives a bunch of experience points
Ooo. I hadn't thought of either of those methods! Those are great tips. Thanks for sharing! ^-^
@@Isabox00 i don't recall if you added farming mods, but if there's one with a cutting board I believe it gives you bonemeal EVERY time you chop up some raw fish!!

listening to this while setting up the cover of my new journal 💕
Oh, cool! Thanks for listening! ^-^
The bright ores are really helpful too in the darkness
Right?! It makes it so rewarding when you find one. ^-^
What mod is that? I just got Modrinth (loving it btw) and looking into trying out a modded game
@@riomouris4767 It's part of the Complimentary shader pack. Somewhere in the settings. 😅
This is so lovely!! Thank you for starting this series and helping me feel better about always playing on peaceful.
As for what I'm doing, I'm making lace! It's nice to have something to watch whilst I work
Thank you so much for watching! There is no shame in playing at your own pace. It's just a game after all. ^-^ Ooo. Lace can be quite fiddly, but I hope you enjoy making it.
@@Isabox00 I do!! I also like having something to watch while I make it because that way I feel like I have company, and also I get less annoyed if I mess up. 😆
the moment we hype for the different colour tree, was amazing :D
They're so pretty! ^-^
This series feels like comfort and home to me
**gasp** Really? That's amazing! ^-^ I'm so glad.
@@Isabox00 I’ve been slowly working my way through the craft works series so glad I found your content
Not enough ppl explore the limits of peaceful imo, excited to see where this goes!
It's been pretty great so far. I'm pretty excited myself! ^-^
This was an excellently edited video. Loved every second! Also, the build montage instead of a zoomed up timelapse was EXCEEDINGLY brilliant. That may have been my favorite viewing style for building. Very cozy!
Watched your video while designing some characters for a hopeful novel some day. Can't wait for the next video! Subscribed!
Thank you so much! ^-^ Editing is my favorite bit, and I love doing montages instead of time-lapses. I'm so happy you enjoyed it! I miss novel writing and character designing. I hope you have fun with your char‐ies!
In the beginning, that 4 leaf clover and the tall grass and shrubs made you look smol 🥺
Am smol. ^-^
I have been playing Minecraft since I was a child and never once considered how difficult peaceful can actually get. the points you made in the beginning are so very valid and it made me, a longtime Minecraft player who loves peaceful mode, look at it differently. I can't wait to see more of your videos in the future!
Oh, good! I'm so happy to have offered some fresh perspective. I appreciate your support! ^-^
This video made me feel so cozy. Imagine my surprise when I saw you only had under a thousand subscribers!
I'm so excited to see more from this series, I've never really seen a peaceful modded one so it's quite a breath of fresh air.
EDIT: OH MY GOODNESS, WHAT IS HAPPENING RN. I WAS PLANNING TO WATCH EP2 OF YOUR CW2 SERIES AND YOU'RE ALREADY AT 1.8K????? CONGRATS!!!
I'm so happy you enjoyed it! ^-^ I also had never seen someone do a peaceful series before, and it made me a little nervous to try, thinking there was probably a reason. But I'm so glad I tried it. It's been quite fulfilling. Thanks for watching, friend!
TH-cam recommending this to me couldn't have been more perfect.
Horrible day, lots of emotions and all the things
But this is so soothing to listen to. Love your vibe :)
Aw! I'm sorry you had a bad day, but I'm glad you got through. And so happy I could help a bit. ^-^ Thanks for watching, friend!
I've never thought of how difficult getting xp really is in peaceful, I might have to try this sort of idea myself! Also welcome to the world of modded!!! Biomes O'Plenty is great if your looking for lots of cool wood and flowers, and I'm a big fan of jacaranda wood too! Bit of an odd note but letting you know that the wandering trader will have modded trades! I love the starter house!💙💙💙💙💙
Thank you so much! I'm enjoying modded a lot. ^-^ I'm excited to figure out the whole XP thing and the wandering traders!
Xp from mining coal and quartz.
This video just came across my recommendations, and I really like the combo of the background noises with your voice! It's a really nice, soft, and calming effect. I almost want to take a nap while listening to you lol. "Cup of tea" series is a very appropriate name! I wish you the best in this series/world :D
Aw! Thank you so much! ^-^ I'm so glad you found it calming. I appreciate the support.
I was playing some minecraft myself, and listening to your video at the same time! good stuff 👍

I agree. ^-^
I love adding hunger to peacful !
Doesnt kill you but adds so much fun to actually farm and grow crops even in peaceful!
Good to know! ^-^ I'll find a way to do that soon.
@@Isabox00 since I guess you're using modrinth you won't have a problem finding a mod that does that.
I use one on 1.20.1
If you like the steampunk theme, there is a mod called the Create mod where you make infinite items that you can mostly create for your area that you like to build, their also many addons mods for the create to make it a little bit easier for you, and my personal favorite for the mod that you can build your own Trains whatever kind of trains that you like to make.
Oh, fun! I've heard of the Create mod. It looks really cool, but I'm not sure if I'm quite ready for that one yet. I'll keep it in mind, though! Thanks for the suggestion!
