But doesnt doppler speed measuring (as in doppler radars, which directly measure velocity, rather than calculating it thru range change over time as in pulse radars) kind of break this assumtion?

Young Math Teacher ended getting hired for California something and i lost an awesome teacher. didn't finish my math nor history for my diploma. don't want it don't need it. but to others i say Get Your Diploma. 2 out of my 3 children love math and tease me how i come up with the answer. when all fails i do fall on 'half of the half of the half" which equals 1/8. elementary teachers didn't think outside the box, would send me to principle's office for being trouble maker or sassy. when my 3rd child was learning that new math i understood it, but taught her the math by memory and my respects to geeks and geniuses, but I'll Still Slap One LOL

Simple explanation: its impossible to determine the position of a particle and momentum of a particle at the same time. The more accurately you try to measure momentum the more inaccurate position will be and vice versa
