We are close to buying a townhome close to this community. Renting out our LA condo to pay the rent in Aurora but will probably end up selling that condo and buying here. Love the area. Great video

thanks for the video; I'm going to do a recon trip to denver fairly soon, and the tips are helpful. also just some minor feedback: the montages of car/drone footage + music do not add anything and I skip through them every time; maybe consider cutting them/making them shorter.

I''ll always live here in City Park West. In a 15 minute walk I can be at the Capitol, Library, Civic Center, City Park, Zoo and Nature & Science Museum. And 2 dispensaries.

I’m a queer minister and I’m thinking of taking a clergy position there in Denver

Grew up there in the late 60s, population like 30k, now it's a friggin zoo. Still one of the most beautiful places around.

Enjoyed this video. Going to visit this summer & see a concert at Red Rock. Looking for cool places to eat, drink and shop. The art district looks cool.

I didn't hear you mention that Littleton is on the D line of the light rail. Personally that's one of my biggest pros because it allows multiple options for commuting and accessing Denver amenities.

I attempted to move to Denver, stayed 7 months and was horrified at how grim of a city it is. The homeless and meth issues are in your face almost everywhere you go. Granted, mountain access on weekends is great, but the day to day there felt extremely difficult at times. During the winter if you think you're close to easy ski access reassess that. Unless you can leave on a thursday and come back monday to avoid 3 hours of traffic, spend 3k plus to stay in Vail/Aspen, even Breckenridge, it is most defintely not a mountain town. The heat during the summer is absolutely oppressive. I moved initially for the rock climbing and granted there is incredible access. But Denver as a city itself is a sh-thole. It is not walkable at all, other than a few spread out areas. Worth a month long visit or more before committing to a move.

I moved to Colorado once, I had no idea everything could be so stupid and backwards. I moved back home and had a whole new appreciation for where i came from. I will never step foot in that shit hole again...

Video title feels misleading unless your target audience are the wealthy, which considering the state of the economy probably is. Castle Rock is expensive, no public transport either, barely anything interesting to do either unless you're super outdoorsy, like more than what the impression people from Denver apparently give.
