    Thank you for this video. I have a question: I am doing ice bath pretty regularly. I feel physical benefits but could you speak more about mental benefits 🙏

      For me, I feel it helps with mental resilience. Controlling the breath is my goal to begin with. Then the aim is to silence the thoughts. I feel more clarity, focus and calmness after an ice bath session.
