Hey lovely...I totally feel you. I too have been to 3 psych wards and was tied down for 20 days in the last one. I mean wholly shit isnt it amazing what we can survive? My story is a little different in that I cant tolerate the meds at all. Almost killed me 3 times. 3 heart attacks from the meds. Quitiapine/prozac/lorazopam/ibprofin and estrogen was my cocktail that I was put on. So I had to seek a natural solution. A spiritual solution and what I found and am finding is that people like you and I who think we are Christ are actullay having a spiritual awakening in a society that doesnt know it and doesnt support it. We are People who are on the spectrum of Genius and Madness. I have moved to the country away from all stimulus and cities and am fully off meds and balanced out. I have been recieving from spirit a blue print for how to save and serve people like us. By only using nature. There is a reason we take our clothes off and seek nature in our episodes. Its a gift. You are not broken. You are not mentally ill and you are not sick. The truth is you are a fucking genius and have a lot to offer the world. I am here if you need support. I find this shit trippy and fascinating. Be well! <3 !

You're right, diet is overlooked in mental health. And that's not wise: you are right, diet is connected. There's a book called "Food and Behavior". That book name alone should tell one something, and the fact that someone bothered to seriously write a book about it. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) also recognizes the importance of diet on emotional (and I think mental) health, so it's far from a new concept. But it's good to hear you voice it out. I have had psychosis for 8 years now, more on than off, and I've tried pretty much everything you can think of to manage it. Methods like acupuncture and chakra work, can work, but you better have a real master acupuncturist who knows exactly what they're doing if you want it to help you. Chakra work is a bit easier, so is meditation. Then there's BioGeometry too, costs a bit but is only one-time investment and stays with you for life for almost no maintenance. I got more methods listed on my channel in one video in the "Psychosis and Schizophrenia - My Views" playlist if you need em. Many of those methods also improve your quality of life, so it's not time wasted to do them.

Having never been to Bali, it was interesting to hear the pros and cons of Bali v Jersey. Bali does appear to be better for your mental health, mainly because of the amount of sunshine and the opportunity to visit new places and see different things. I've lived in Jersey all my life and I can't imagine living anywhere else. I like how clean it is and how you can go for a walk or cycle ride that takes in the beach as well as the countryside. However, I can understand the appeal of Bali especially to young people as there is so much more to do. I would love to visit Bali and see for myself the beauty that many talk about but I wouldn't want to leave Jersey to live there. Personally, I like the changing seasons although a little more sunshine would be nice. I am never bored here as I love to walk, cycle, play croquet and pétanque. I like that I have a network of friends that I have known for years that I can go for a coffee and chat with. It is, however, nice to get off the rock from time to time to visit new and exciting places but I never mind coming home again. You are both very lucky to have the option of living in two wonderful places. Thank you both, I enjoyed listening to you and I look forward to hearing more discussions in the future.

Great to hear your psycosis story mate. I had no idea. A lot of what you said resignated with my drug induced episode in Amsterdam. It's actually alarming how many things we both did in common! Delusions of grandure. Jesus reincarnate. Invincibility. Public nudity. Wondering around like crazy people for days. Then the recovery process. I did without medication but it was very similar. The post psychic depression was lengthy and I also had extreme social anxiety. Also, thought everyone was talking about me at the time.. Almost killed myself but I confronted that demon and made big healthy changes which was the beginning of my new better life. Anyway, I also made a full recovery and I appreciate you sharing your story. You're helping people by sharing this. It's very brave. PS. Might want to consider that chronic brain trauma also triggers psycosis. I've seen happen a few times with fellow fighters. Might be something to consider.. Stay well champ.

Maybe that's not coincidence, I'm not sure. Now you mention about your drug induced episode, I think it could have played a factor it mine too. Where we met, the stuff was so strong
