I got into the Shaun T Insanity workouts...i am going into week five. I never weigh myself either. But just out of curiousity, i did. For the workout...i was 144 lbs four weeks ago, and now I'm 140. Im not trying to loose weight, just trying to stay fit and toned, based on the fact that I'm going to be 33 in June>cancer sign. Muscle does weigh more than fat. Anyways, good luck with your workout and I am totally looking forward to your next video!
