    Glad I found you. Last night I had excessive negative thoughts. Just obsessing over something (someone) needlessly. It ruined my sleep and I couldn't go out for my planned workout next morning. I will be going through your videos now.

    Nice, thats how started doing detox in my mind experimenting to find a way, and I come to these steps by experimenting. What really helps me for the mental detox is also physical detox or fasting, the longer I fast the more I see how this stuck emotions and thoughts become from solid to liquid movable state and I m coming out of my mind looking at me from a third perspective automatically and detaching from the identifications from those thoughts and feelings suppressing me
