This used to be common practice in my area back in the day.
My nan would wrap a baby up warm then let them sleep outside for an hour.

I KNOW GETTING FRESH AIR AND I WOULD OUT WALK MY CHILDREN THEY GOT PLENRY OF FRESH AIR, BUT SUPRVISED FOR SAFETY.
THAT SOUNDS LIKE THE NO BOUNDING OR CLING SYSTEM.
