At timestamp 19:07 all of the cell references are relative. At timestamp 19:18, the reference to the lookup table in cell H11 has changed to A10:E17. The original formula in H4 should have been =VLOOKUP(B4&C4,$A$3:$E$11,4,0). The change makes the lookup table absolute, while the lookup cells stay relative.

I dont understand why when you used the asterix to find HYNH product it showed light bulb and not shower seal? that one also has HYNH in its serial name.
