Hi, can you tell me how copy to formula to another sheet without changing the cell reference from the first sheet?

For text extraction of 1st and last names, once you have the first name, you can extract the last name using TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(FirstLastNameCell,FirstNameCell,"")). This replaces the first name with nothing, leaving the last name, and then trims off any extra spaces at the ends of the result.
Trim() can also be used in to removed extraneous spaces fomr around the first name
.

What to do if I don't want to remove VLOOKUP formula but I need to read the long multi-line text in some cell? If i click that cell, instead of displaying the text in the formula bar, it shows the VLOOKUP formula. I want an option where I can temporarily view/read the results in the formula bar without hiding/protecting/copy pasting the worksheet/cells

Go to the formula input on top and press F9. Excel will calculate the entire formula and temporarily display the result

You can do it too. It’s in the mouse setting. In that setting you can change how fast your cursor moves relative to the speed of your physical mouse.
