My thought about the scene showing Tommy going home alone to his cat was to show how lonely and desperate he is for affection and attention. You can already feel this in the way he is so desperate for Nico’s approval. He doesn’t seem to have friends at work (his male co-workers call him a hack, his female workers say he gives them ick) and it made me wonder if he killed Carolyn out of jealousy-either because she was willing to date someone in the office but didn’t want him anywhere near her, or simply because she was such a better lawyer than him. (I’m not really convinced he was the killer, he just does a good job at being unlikeable that I want it to be him.)
I think it was Barbara and the son. The son knew about the affair, he was at the house that night, he and his mom was alone in his room discussing the murder. They both seem guilty but also calm at the same time 😀
My understanding is that the cops already know. So Tommy not mentioning it is on him I guess 🧐. I’m not sure. It would certainly place other people at the scene and night of.
Barb would be too obvious, so I doubt the showrunners would go in that direction. Ray would be an interesting reveal. Maybe they'll make it similar to the movie only his wife ends up finding the murder weapon stashed in the house in the end.
Whoever killed Carolyn was familiar with Carolyn's home and familiar enough to her that she didn’t feel threatened having them there. That instantly cancels out Tommy, Liam, the guy who slept with Bunny Davis, Eugenia, Barbara, and Rusty's kids. Nico has nothing to gain in killing her. Rusty borderline worshipped her. So I don't think he did it. Ray is looking suspicious because of his nightmares, and health is declining. Is guilt getting to him?
I totally agree with you that the lady who plays the judge is a great actor. I love her in everything I’ve ever seen her in.
Right?!?!!!! A queen
The judge might be my favorite character.
The best actor and serie
2:39 You were right.
Hahaha and then right after I said “I don’t even know anymore!!” Such a great season. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good point!!!
Barbara and Jaden. The Barbara was scrubbing that bike. But then that doesn’t explain who tied her up. So Eugenia
Yeah she was… Barbara might be hiding a lot more. We will find out soon enough.
Will there be a new season of Presumed Innocent?
Yes!
Has rusty disclosed that his son was at the scene of crime.. I feel like this is a bombshell to come.... Tommy noted it as bike...
