    Just got this foam canon and have used it about 3 separate times and I love it. Great price to value and performance. Only downside is the leak when it’s upside down and also doesn’t foam as much as MJJC S but idc really. It gets the job done so good. If MJJC is a 10, Bearforce is a solid 7 and 8.

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  8 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      It’s great for the price and you can make it foam like the MJJC just use less water in your dilution. Use the same amount of soap and instead of filling it up to 1k ml do 100ml less. Some foam cannons it’s 200ml less as the MJJC pulls soap much faster given it a richer dilution. By cutting back water we match that dilution.

      The £9 is the old version with brass manifold and plastic filter suction tip, the one shown here is the upgraded version with all steel manifold, even the orifice, and has the weighted steel ball suction tip. V2 from AE is £20 delivered, still way cheaper than Amazon.

    Guaranteed everyone experiences the foam cannon upper portion of the clear adjuster knob and lower screw on clear cap cracking like all the other clear plastic upper/lower models on the market. Something about the clear plastic uppers formulation for parts that come in contact with the metal upper screw or lower fitting piece cause it to become brittle after repeated use. I've had 3 different versions i.e. Raincovo, Bear Force, and Power Town. Ended up frankensteining these specific upper parts from other cheap models that were not translucent and have no further issue. All of the ones I purchased function and work just as good as an $80+ foam cannon using an electric Active VE52 pressure washer.

      Fore sure these are not as durable. That's why I usually still pick the more expensive ones of high quality. If you were to add up all the cheap ones would it end up being the same as one that last a long time? I know many mobile detailers still using the same pf22.2 foam cannon form 5 years ago or the same MJJC Pro V2 from 3 years ago. I am going to try and gather all my foam cannons and do some drop testing on the bottles and caps to see what happens. I had a Tucool one I just did a review on and the nozzle shattered from being dropped from 6 feet and it wasn't clear. Thanks for the great info as well.

      Most outlets are rated for 15amp and most pressure washer motors are rated for that. If you decrease the orifice on the foam cannon it makes the motor work harder which increases amps. You don’t want to push the machine behind it’s rating as it could damage it and also trip the breaker. I use this to measure amps amzn.to/3BUjDVH

      Stainless steel is just a better quality material and great for anti-corrosion. There is no difference in performance it’s just looks and more expensive materials. I had the Bear Force and unfortunately had to return it because after using it twice I couldn’t open the lid when empty. Guess the vacuum was way too much and was afraid of breaking it down the road. Is this normal with wide mouth cannons?? Have always used narrow mouth bottles. Great Video.

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Most foam cannons will tighten up a bit after use depending on the pressure washer, the fluid in the container and water temperature. I have had some I had to really work to get off. No specific one just sporadic so I would say it’s a normal thing for wide necks.

      Incredible Suds is my favorite as a foam soap. Strong cleaning and foams with only an ounce needed in the foam cannon. After wash I assume you mean a drying aid or protectant. I use Quick Beads as it is water activated then it makes using my leaf blower way easier to dry off and leave a nice layer of graphene for water spot protection. If you are using a towel for a drying aid then Ceramic Gloss is what I use. These are all DIY Detail products and my current favorite brand. CARSWITHKEAV will save 10% on their website.

      You can use quick connects with most pressure washers. If you’re looking for a full setup for under $300 then I would stick to a Greenworks 1700 or a Ryobi 1800. Many detailers use them in their mobile setups. Cost about $100 each and buy the time you add a hose, gun, wand and quick connects plus tax you will be in the mid $200’s. Outside of that the CAT 1800 at around $250 is the next step up and way better performance. Then you got the Active 2.0 at $350 which is the best value in all of pressure washing in my opinion. You get $1k performance and it’s a very small form factor.

    Love the video but that hole at the top is a deal breaker. I have another foam cannon from China and it also has the same hole at the top. I’ll stick to my mjjc.

      If you got an MJJC you already have the best out there. Just wait for the Pro V3 early next year. It’s going to be expensive though.

      How much do you think it will be? I like your mjjc s 3.0.@@CarsWithKeav

      @@davidtn227 I’m thinking $109 to $119 due to it being rumored as stainless steel. Keeping the pro v2 in the lineup as the cheaper brass alternative. S V3.0 will be the middle line staying at its current price. This is just speculation though they could just drop it at $99.

    I am so confused how some of these canons differ from each other since the concept is the same on all of them.

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A lot of them are the same, but some are different. There are about 5 different types out there and they all use catalog parts from factories and put them together like legos. Most pick based on cost or looks. Others sometime just pick the right setup to produce the best foam. The more expensive ones like MtM and MJJC foam better than most of them. You got other things like the quick connect, straw, weighted ball, etc. that make things easier to use.

      No one seems to have the answer ,and maybe you do or you don't . Anyhow is it okay or does it make a difference if I change out the single mesh filter from this exact bear force foam cannon and replace it with a 3 piece mesh filter system , it is a foam filter sandwiched by 2 mesh filters

    • @CarsWithKeav
      @CarsWithKeav  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@DAT-TEXAS-DUDE You should be able to replace no problem. The overall size is the same between the single piece and the three piece. I’ve tried with a few foam cannons, but it doesn’t change the foam much at all from what I have seen.

      I wish, but most likely somebody just finally picked most all the good parts from the catalog. Missed the mark on the cap leaking. All I can hope is enough links are clicked with prime day the next day. Maybe I can get some more pressure washers to review.

    Too bad they used transparent hard rigid plastic just to look fancy. Drop that a few times and itll chip or shatter.

      It’s probably cheaper in the end as well. I’m going to do a drop testing video soon put that plastic and the clear bottles to the test.
