I am so sorry Paul . I really hope that you are feeling much better very soon . I have had a lot of surgeries and honestly it just gets very old and sometimes depressing . Please know we are all praying / sending you well wishes .

Hoping you would be feeling lots better soon. Just interested as my son is thinking about a reversal and I have been watching you and praying for you and your family but I am confused about how long are you now Post -0P?. Really didn't realize how long the recovery period is. Thanks for taking the time to keeping us posted.
So I am 4 weeks post op, but in this video I'm only a few days.
Remember we only post 2 days a week so it's pretty far back behind.
Some information for you and your sons.
The worst obviously was the first week.
After that, during the 2nd week I was still in pain but tolerable and I was moving on my own within 2 weeks. Still in pain and sore but not horrible.
Lots of rest, and getting up and moving and walking around helps. They will push you go walk several times a day in the hospital. It also helps prevent blood clots.

You got this Paul surgery and recovery I get it it’s not easy but you got this it takes time and healing takes a lot of time. I am not Nurse I am definitely not a doctor, but I didn’t know what you’re talking about. I’ve been there done that.

I'm sorry to hear you're in so much pain. How long did the surgeon say the recovery should take? I hope you feel much better very soon.
So it depends on every person. The worst should be 2 weeks, and then sore and tender for about 8-12

Hey! How are you doing today?
It's crazy how you get cutopen and organs all moved yet just deal. It takes time. Weeks. My husband was bedridden and in agonyfor close to 6 weeks after a similar surgery. Look towards a month from now it will be better❤
