I love toxic rain. And this is the best build ive ever played of it, best build ive ever played period. Simply doesnt die. Has insane damage. I actually cant play anything else it is so tanky, it has ruined other builds for me. Tried to swap to something elae twice and nothing comes close to this. It covers every defense, bleed, element ailments. Amazin bro you deserve my sub and 100 more. Only change i made was adding in occupying force forbidden jewels because i have a fetish for getting a 5th ascendency

if your ever in need for content i believe helping someone with exactly that - the inbetween steps may be a fun thing to watch for different builds. ive been playing poe mostly semi-casual but never got the hang on SSF since there are so many inbetween steps that elude me and intimidating crafting knowledge that i simply do not want to brute force my way through alas been enjoying ur vids, gl
I have 35% area and i dont know where the other 5% is coming from.. not on the tree and not on my gear. I had just my bow equipped with the TR gem and still 35% Still getting setup on the build tho. My first 3 characters fizzled out on me, just did uber lab level 85. Ran a delve this morning, depth 75 maybe and found my first ever mageblood.. merry xmas me! So now im ready to pimp this build out. Ive been running purity of elements vs determ and using granite and basalt in place of the resist pots. been ok so far. gave me the flexibility to get some cheap gear without worry about res on gear. loving the build aside from the mana issues. not ready to swap to diadem yet
Ok it’s done! Probably the best build I’ve played post 3.15. I don’t think I’ve spent more than a divine on it and most of that was on the helmet, empower gem and the bow, so it’s an amazing build for casuals too. I’m doing some weird Iron Reflexes variant tho, dunno if it’s worth it or not.
i basically built this a few days ago, with the caustic swap, it can get pretty nasty numbers. I still prefer something like EK ignite for trade league though, Granted this thing doesnt die, pathfinder ascendancy makes it feel like you have an aegis
Played this build as League starter for last 3 leagues and it's still super relevant all i didn't get is the bow enchant why ppl want it at 28 quality i always do 24 does the 0.5 actually count ik the game have pretty weird calculations on times
Hello steel, I play this build as well and I only have 9% area of effect when I am checking in misc, I have gloves enchant 9% area of effect and Nature's Reprisal and still don't getting 39%, I don't know what is wrong can someone help me
Ok I need a lil help here. I did the same build and it's amazing, I am lvl 97,5 at the moment and it's super smooth after I got the damage for the CA + Arrow nova combo :) I just have one min maxing issue at the moment, I do have 2 grand spectrum jewels ( one with avoid and one with ele res) and I crafted the avoid ailments boots with 35% from the essence and I even hit 23% on the eater of world implicit but I only manage to hit 82% and 94% with 3 grand spectrums, how does steel manage to get to 100% avoid with only 2 jewels and no chest craft? I tried to find it in the profile skilltree but either I miss something major or he isn't 100% on avoid? O.o
33% on boots, 22% on boots from eldritch implicit, Grand spectrums give 12% per grand spectrum, so having two means they give 24% EACH -- Total = 103% which frees up brine king pantheon -toad

What are u talking about crafting that ammy, even if u put suffixes cannot be changed and do reforge chaos its not guaranteed to get +1 to chaos gems. U will just get chaos res or some useless mods bcs the reforge overwrites your metamod.

Hello steel i have some questions for the build for some reason i cant fit haste/determination/banner/grace with just the helm! Im doing something wrong? Also im going flask setup when i got ailment immunity? Also what pantheons i need for mapping /bossing?
You need % reduced mana on a ring or rings and a mana reduced jewel can help patch up the holes. I think steel dropped haste and ran determ/grace/banner/skitterbots. Once he got onslaught boots he dropped onslaught flask for something like a ruby for bossing Import any character on pob by entering “steelmage” in the account name field and see exactly what he’s doing to make it work
i didn’t play this league but settlers is the first time i’ve tried out sanctum so i’ve been binge watching the 3.20 playlist - love how i could guess the upload date just from the first few seconds of the vid. iykyk 😎

Isnt Pathfinder one of the few Ascends that wont benefit alot from Mageblood ? Since most of the points are "when you use a flask, gain a charge etc". 4 out of 5 Flasks are blocked for use and to gain charges.
Yo steel I made it to maps playing poison conc and only have a 4 link bow rn. What's my best option here? Farming t1 maps till I get a 5 link / 6 link? My dps is horrible but my survivability is ok so I *can* clear a map but it feels bad with such little dps.
if you are ssf, farm the Porcupine div card. If you are trade, a quill rain is 1c and will carry you until you get a Porcupine set. Also consider de-leveling to farm your diadem in foothills

How'd you get the flagellant mod on your flasks ? I can only get +1 flask charges gained when hit even after adding quality to my flasks.

put in Lifetap and your problems are solved later u can use that red socket for empower and u dont need to worry about re-coloring your bow
He using Diadem so he got "Eldritch Battery" + he regen ES from belt craft= no problem with skills

i farmed mine in Terrace, which is currently a T1 map. Ran it with the divination scarabs.
