1981 Camaro Z28 passenger rocker install cutting off quarter panel.

Saving my 1981 Camaro Z28 from rust, in this episode I will be removing and replacing the passenger side rocker panel and quarter panel. We have more rust and what did I do wrong ugh. Welder also takes a crap.
