Walks can be a lovely way to decompress. You’ll have to ask yourself and decide for yourself if walking after dinner feels relaxing. Is it a leisurely stroll? What’s the pace? How mindful are you during these walks; are you noticing the sights and sounds? Is it possible to walk somewhere in nature or somewhere that feels beautiful to you? These are some things you might ask yourself to decide. Be well!
