In case of confusion: Video for Fiat Panda 2002 -- 2012 model (Generation 2) not Fiat Panda 2011 -- present (Generation 3) there was over 12 month production overlap between generations, so saith Wikipedia.

I had to unscrew FIVE screws before I could get the panel off. 5th screw was next to the door handle.
