Thanks for your great vids! Super useful. Considering a move to this area. You are by far the best resource. I'll reach out if/when I'm looking to buy!
@lorirogers9304 it was a little of both. I was on the board that made the decision on the new location. We saved a ton on the equipment for the chosen location. It will save the member owners substantially over time.
I’ve lived in the village my whole life I love it because of the services their public works provides to its residents cuz of the weekly curbside leaf pile collection in October and November and keeping all the side streets plowed and salted durring snow storms unlike some of the towns and cities that do side streets twice in a big storm and Williamsville hits side steeets more than twice per storm and bulk brush and scrap metal collection twice a month in the spring and summer months
The village is being ruined by overdevelopment and overcrowding. Not so walkable anymore and everything nice about it disappearing. Realtors are hyping it but it is not so nice anymore.
Have u been to glen park tavern it’s so good u should try it ❤
Really nice community. Just moved here and love it.
Glen Falls park is so peaceful.

We have a williamsville village cooperaative mrket coming soon as well.
Yes that’s going to nice once it’s built
It won’t be in the Village, however. Must have been too expensive or couldn’t find a good location

Thanks for bringing me a glimpse of my childhood! I live in San Antonio now, but my grandparents lived at 140 Cayuga and I grew up at 33 Mill St.
No problem, I’m glad you enjoyed it!
looks like all roads in the buffalo area have cracks. No one repairs them?
Lol they do but it’s an on going problem.

With some buildings still from the 1900s, I believe redevelopment is a good thing. How does the city grow if no development occurs?
