The Eddie Bauer size 12 shorts could be at least 20 yrs-old, judging by the label, maybe older - which explains the sizing. I may look for a site that shows labels and their dates - that would be a lot of fun!

that would be fun! I thrifted a vintage pair of EB size 12 mom jeans and the label looks exactly the same. FYI I'm a modern day 10 & have to succkkk myself into them.

honestly glad you’re seeing bigger sizes and realizing how small they look. us midsized women feel like we are going crazy when a size 12 fits so small!!
i found a pair of Eddie Bauer jeans that were huge and full length and probably the same size as the ones you found and the same wash. I am currently thrift-flipping them!
That vintage, floral, mini skirt was adorable! I wish you had put it in your cart to try on. It would look so cute with white sneakers, or dress it up with cute mini heals and a girly top! Ugh! So I have a thrifting addiction and I’m becoming aware of it. So I decided to pull everything out and truly go through it and idk how ya’ll with channels do it. You must have houses dedicated to clothes cause I am so overwhelmed lol 😂 I am gonna try to do a no buy for at least a year maybe 5 😂😂

That TNA coat is awesome! Like: Levi's denim jacket, long coat, yellow slip dress- (if too short, use as an actual nightie for sleep), black embroidered floral sweater, big floral print sweater, garage denim shorts, Lululemon leggings, wild patterned layered skirt (would love that because it reminds me of Carrie Bradshaw)
Why worry about a change room? Go park in front of a full length mirror and just try on clothes over your own clothes- that is what I do when I go thrifting

I love both of the belts you found! I've been looking for a simple but interesting brown belt for such a long time and both of those fit the bill, I'm a little jealous haha.
I’d say the longer denim shorts are an Australian 12 because vintage Aussie pants are much smaller.
One of the things I consider when I’m thrifting is if I could alter the item to make it more my style. Like the tommy skirt you could have taken the buttons off! 😌

oh also. please check they are taking donations before donating stuff in these trying times. my local ValueVillage has a note on the backdoor to not drop off donations.... and yet there are lots of bags that are wet (we had a rainstorm) and mouldy... I know its tempting to clean out your closet and immediately get rid of it all, but Value Village (and most other charities that do clothing donation, in my area anyways) are currently not taking donations right now. just bag it and hold on to it for now. ....or keep it as emergency toilet paper? :P :P :P :P

My favourite item was that Anne Klein wool blazer. It was tailored and classic. It looked classy and made you look sophisticated. I regret you didn’t get it!

(I mean aside from the threat of death to myself and friends and family from potential covid 19 virus!) But since I can't get out to do my favorite hobby........ THRIFTING your videos are food for the soul! Thrift on Girl! You do an excellent job of showing garments, labels, price tags, as well as offering your opinion on everything, which I love to hear. Huffle Puff they have a specific tag on them that’s a “union tag” which was a popular tag around the 1940s
