Marianne is a pioneer setting the path for many more to follow. Regrettably it will take time since so many people are unfamiliar with the Course's teachings and the arduous work to apply them. I am grateful for her work and example. There is much work for all of us to do to help awaken our Western culture to their true spritual worth and nature.

When I first came upon manifestation and the law of attraction I was so relieved! I realized that I could be free of things I did not want through my thoughts and that felt great. However, I also felt very overwhelmed that I still had to come up with a plan and decide what I wanted. What I truly wanted was to be free of having to have a plan and an agenda, free of having to work and try hard.
This teaching/line of thought is so liberating! We are free and we feel best when we allow the highest good/love to flow through us :) We were never meant to know the HOWS- we just need to line up with love and allow.

Przewalski's Horse Yes - I thought about people with NPD. They are the cancer of society but strangely, they too, are perfect. They are bringing about a reawakening.
Good point and very openhearted. Mind as a microcosm of society. I was married to an NPD for 8 years so I have learnt all about it and discovered so much about how to work through the next phase with that in mind. Tragic, yet fascinating and teaches us so much about the authenticity of our own love.
Ego is the mind, mind is the ego. Infection. Mind is simply thinking. All are infected with thinking, even Marianne is in the river of thinking, although it is positive thinking. Only practical thinking to navigate this physical reality is OK, the rest is rubbish. AWARENESS IS PRIMARY, THINKING IS SECONDARY.

We need people like her to teach the truth always. The Course in Miracles is my second bible, it has explained the truth in the bible in a very simple way. Might not be for every body but it's one of the ways that leads to the ultimate reunion with God, that state of illumination ONENESS WITH THE CHRIST SELF. Were you and your SELF become one. Where you come to discover I am that I am. I'm the one I've searching for. My true identity is GOD. All powerful, all present, all knowing.
I've been studying this book for years and each time I open a page I do realize as if it is the first time I see it, that is the grandeur of the book the truth is always fresh and smells good like a hot bread, even those who are passing by can smell it.
