Ole's work with pogba and the media has been first rate, managing such a high profile player and the sensetivity regarding his agent and constant IN/OUT news, future, contract, plus Pogba's injuries, moodiness, temprament was all extremely hard and just a handful, but Solksjaer approached it with patience and perseverence and has Pogba playing at his best again, wanting to be part of this UTD team and finding his passion at UTD. I would say this is one of the greatest feats he (Ole) has managed so far at UTD.

He learn from the OG SAF. When coach always screaming at players they tend to lose focus. The key is to trust your players abilities and let them enjoy the game. United had cavani, bruno for on pitch leadership.

You see how happy the players are. Ole doesn't criticise his players in the media no matter how twisted the questions are. Sometimes the best tactic of manager can be just build the relationship with players and they'll be playing for you, they've got the skills and talents. All they need maybe just confidence, free from negative headlines and encouragement.
It should be Klopp vs Ole and Assistants, there all on the sidelines accept Carrick.
He had learned this from SAF.. SAF never criticized his players in front of the media even after 6-1 defeat to Manchester City..

@YK well looking back at him as a player, he is always on the bench and i remembered that he said everytime he is on the bench he always study the opponents, their movement and weakness and when he came on he will take advantage of that and always bringing the end product. That’s what Ole did on the bench pretty much as a player watching the game making notes and punishing them every time he came on. Using the screen is doing the same thing as a manager now. Not every manager has to lose their voice on the touch line.

Klopp has always done this, when we won the cl and then when we won the premier league. It clearly worked, them going through very bad form doesnt mean all of a sudden him shouting doesnt work. Ole's sitting down quiet clearly didnt work last season in the league or this season against Leipzig when you got kicked out the champions league.
