Never been one Eurovision entry in all the years has seen sooooo many audience participate in it. It’s an Eurovision classics!

I do think it would've been better for the future of Eurovision and it's so devastating for Käärijä but Loreen winning does also have its benefits- maybe finally forcing Ireland to improve and being the oldest winner since 2001 I think, and her song is definitely more accessible for radio play

Me too a little bit! It would've been better for the future of Eurovision I think. But Sweden has the better chance of putting on an amazing show and it's kind of cool to have a second double singing winner in a way too

It's incredible that the juries not only decided to give Loreen mostly 12 points but that many thought Kaarija was worth nothing at all despite seeing this crowd reaction
Yes! Unfortunately they tend to dislike rap, native languages, and vocals that are good but not groundbreaking. A jury reform would be great and imo necessary
Each year, EBU gives the juries the criteria, which are different every year. Also, the juries watch the performances in the jury show, not in the grand final.

Maybe? I'm not sure how many people listened to the song multiple times before coming to the arena so maybe they had to find their groove with the song

Definately put on a show and I would've loved to see it but Loreen is also an incredible performer and she did manage to win the jury over
@@lucasspace22 No surprise there. But a hundred and something jury members are nothing compared millions of people who watched and voted. Millions of people wanted him to win and it's clear by the audience score that he was overwhelmingly the most popular act.
@@Silveirias he's also my winner! I just meant that quite a few acts deserved to win and Loreen managed it in the system we have. But Käärijä's win would've been better for the future of Eurovison- I'm curious if we'll see multiple previous winner returning next year now

I feel like Käärijä is gonna be just like Verka. A runner-up but as legendary if not more than the winner in their respective year. I like both Molitva and Tattoo (I aspire to be as good of a singer as Loreen someday. She is my inspiration, her performance is so good) but Dancing Lasha Tumbai and Cha Cha Cha are just… legendary and will be remembered for years to come.

Sorry! I got really lucky tbh, waited only 45 minutes outside the arena (and then 1.5 inside) but in reality I was second row- still amazing, obviously. I just filmed over the person in front of me's head.

Got it in the 2nd release on the 24th of April, technically in class time and with about 20 seconds to spare because it didn't like my card or PayPal but I'm so glad I manged it. Hopefully I'm not crazy enough to feel the need to go to Sweden next year, though, because I've never been, never learnt Swedish properly, and don't know anyone there

Im from 🇫🇮 and met few groups in Liverpool who really wanted to learn how to sing the song - at least few lines - in finnish. "Kun lähden tanssimaan niinku cha cha cha enkä pelkääkään tätä maailmaa"........

You know what's the sad thing here, you go and have the chance of being in the first row at this thing, which is akin to winning a lottery, and you decide to film the most watched televised event ever. Just such a waste as someone who would have wanted to actually see and experience this didn't, instead you stood there with your phone out for the entirety of the show.
nah, the real sad thing here is someone going out of their way to be a dick online to someone who recorded a rare event for other people to experience
@@rubikboi1998 it's not rare event my friend, not rare at all. it's on TV, it's on the internet, it's everywhere. literally no value added by putting a bad sound and shaky filming recording from the "front row".
I want to geniuenly thank you for your comment. I did consider this for hours before attending, going back and forth. However the televised version isn't what we in the audience see, and as I didn't attend the live show last year I spent hours searching out and watching this kind of video. So I see this as my way of giving back what I enjoyed last year. I was also by far the shortest in my section and made sure to hold my phone as low as possible- it wasn't just as far as my arm would reach. I also made sure to only film the performances I really cared about, and everything else I only filmed clips for the recap video. I don't need to explain myself to you and you don't need to watch the video. But if you did want my thought process, there it is. Eurovision is something really special to a lot of people including myself, and the audience perspective is interesting to most of us.

@@MANIX872 I love watching these kind of audience point of view videos. What we see on tv is great, awesome(5/5), but not the same as this. Here we can see the performance from a different angle. it does not matter if the sound is shaky and is not as good as on tv.
