For the western world the en-suite large bedroom needs a walking shower or 🛁 bath tub.. remove balcony and find a way to create a walk in bathroom.. perhaps if eliminating the exterior walkway from garage abd instead widening the home, gives more room to kitchen and therefore larger space for en-suite bathroom.. add on a cover by exit living room and slap a pool on the right hand side and you have a perfect home, with and without pool.. 4 desired bedrooms, two full baths, dining, etc... love how you build-in bedroom study and closet.. great job -my comments are for the western lifestyle, not a putdown on your work.. awesome designs

If you could do video with smooth transition from one area/room to other, like when you walk touring the house. not jumping the video from one room to other room. Just my 2 cents

Linda casa, pero haré una observación: un baño innecesario en la cocina y pudieron haber hecho un baño más cómodo y funcional en el dormitorio principal. El baño del dormitorio principal es un desastre, al usar la regadera permanecería siempre mojados el inhodoro, el lavamanos y el papel sanitario estropeado.
