Amazingly it only took me 3 attempts to beat Boss Attack mode without taking damage. Whereas it took me like 40 attempts to beat Egg Gauntlet without losing any rings.

Also, for some reason the Wing Fortress boss arena in Boss Attack mode is slightly bigger (at least in terms of height), than in Egg Gauntlet (it's barely noticeable) which makes it a lot easier & a more fair fight. As for the Mystic Cave boss, I was just lucky. The spikes fall too quickly in the mobile version makes it very difficult to avoid getting hit.
Actually you can, im not sure if you can do this in the Mobile remake but here are the steps First, Play a Save file [or no save mod] as Sonic&Tails, kys till you lose all your lives, then play Any of thr time attack options, you will have Tail with you while playing
Best time I could beat Boss Attack was 5'10''73. But I did take damage. Don't know how to avoid taking damage in Hill Top, Metropolis and Death Egg's boss. But this time the Death Egg Robot is much easier to defeat even if you get hit, since you have rings. (unless you lose all of them before the battle...) At least there wasn't a Time Attack for Death Egg.
Sonic 2 2013 is better. Wanna know why? Ok. Sonic 2 Genesis is the second game of Sonic the Hedgehog series. You must get all the 7 chaos emeralds in Both Sonic 2 2013 and 1992. The reason why Sonic 2 2013 is better because you must press the circle button twice to be Super Sonic while in mid-air. But in Sonic 2 1992 you can press any button once. Once Sonic jumped, he turned into Super Sonic. But in Sonic 2 2013, you can save rings but in Sonic 2 1992 you can't save rings. That is what I know.

Probably because boss attack is alot more simple and streamlined compared to egg gauntlet

So for the Casino Night boss I found a strat where I can just use the slopes to avoid the spike balls and just hit him when jumping off the walls.

When the mobile version was being developed I think SEGA said they preferred Boss Attack mode. Something like that.

Oh no wonder why tails appeared. I was confused why tails appeared when I was playing time attack, thought it was a glitch.
