the reason 11/17 is glitched is that tails went so fast to the next segment the game couldn’t load the graphics in time so it pulled random graphics and assembled them together.
What did you do to trigger the screen lock bug that allowed you to skip the Mystic Cave and Metropolis bosses (and why didn't you skip Spring Yard and Hill Top)? Either way, great for speedrun tactics!
