Interesting how they didn't mention how much money was saved. There are definitely benefits to this approach, in certain areas, but cost is not one of them.

After the flood, these trusses will fall apart and the house can be thrown away. The insulation is bad. The sound protection is low. Smart people build reinforced concrete floors directly on the ground with a thick layer of extruded polystyrene foam underneath.
