You can tell how small they are by the number of “fish stories” they give.
They’re always presenting themselves as some kind of hero, or that they’ve got some kind of inside track on something, or that they’ve got some kind of special expertise you don’t have (it isn’t true in ANY case whatsoever) and only end up causing more problems as they screw everything up in the end.
When you actually see what they really are, they end up being much smaller.

The wisest thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that don't depend on the government. Speaking of the dark side: my narc ex has been a paramedic for many years (yikes -- a medic with zero empathy). He always complained that he earned so much less than nurses and young doctors and had less authority, despite his superior knowledge. I'm a nurse & I encouraged him several times to get a bachelor's degree, even in nursing, to make better money. I said I would help him write any papers he had to do bc I also have a background in writing. He refused, saying he would never work for "the dark side." Then he laughed it off as a joke, of course. Ironically, now that we're divorcing, the jealous narc wants to profit off my "dark side" earnings. Incidentally, narc was fired 4 years ago from the hospital where he'd worked for 30+ years for ongoing behavior issues. 🙄
If I can only buy the ex narc for what he worth and sell him for what he thinks he worth. I would be a millionaire! 🤣🤣🤣

This is a very good one.... I'm trying to take my energy back. 6 almost 7 months now. My clarity is getting stronger and stronger. I keep asking myself why I have more money now. It's because the narc isn't around me begging all the time. I see my health improving. When I met him, he would say I was skinny. After a ten year situationship, he asked me was I that size when he met me. Well, I am 45 lbs down in size. I couldn't do that with him ( I gained that weight being tired of being the unpaid helper). I'm feeling a lot better these days without the narc. Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge with me.❤

I was so in the fog man for the last 10 years I had three kids from her. I didn’t know how to end it before I start listening to you, God bless you and thanks for your insight. Now I can be able to free myself I feel better my health is coming back, I’m only 50 when I was in a narcissistic fog she been cheating on me with her cousin with her neighbors with a shopkeeper with the married people I was paying bills I’ve been discarded. When he left he expected me to chase after him but instead I went no contact and blocked him and started working on myself and changing the things in my home and replacing the old with new and am more happier alone without him. So true, you feel like OMG, I'm so far away from the person I was. You will at first feel bad and ashamed because you are now aware that you were fighting a losing battle from the moment you met them but didn't know it. Now you have learned self love and are greatly empowered by Andrew and fellow team members who really understand narcissism best because we've been there.
I almost lost my mind when I watched this. It hit direct in the brain and heart.
I recently had a court date for our divorce. I went no contact , just because I hurt so bad at the time, and the minute I saw him my heart caught up to my head. He literally looked like a lost, empty little boy being lead around by his attorney and his mistress. I had chest pain from the sadness I felt. And then that's when my heart caught up to my head. I have never felt so strong and like my old self in 25 yrs. I am so Blessed

Very truth, a have a narc sister and for 2 month was no contact and it was my birthday and because she help take care of my mother, so eventually I have to talk to her but it was very difficult for me because she does not take any responsibility, of her actions.
And now I understand that all these years she always have difficult to tell me nice things on my birthday. And I am understanding exactly who she is and what she did to me on the past and what she can do. They are empty people, is like they don’t have a heart, manipulators, liars, and much more. Just looking her face on video remember me all she did to me. But I gave her my love, me friendship , my loyalty not anymore. I am free!
It’s been two years and I’m not interested in going anywhere with anyone. I probably need three years because I’m just starting to heal. No contact was the best suggestion ever for me. Wish I knew that two years ago. I’d sell my house and move but the economy and housing market is not good. I have no where to go. I love my home.
If you love your home, why would you inconvenience yourself? Narcs are everywhere! Take back the power my friend 🙏😇

Absolutely fantastic video, Andrew. I think this feels so great for me because this is where I am now. 15 months out of the relationship and I’m really now starting to feel like I’m freeing up more. It’s a long process, but I’m grateful I chose this path rather than staying trapped, believing the bluff of the narcissist.
Living with my narcissistic mother, born from her, but no longer under her spell. And realize others before and present and have gone no contact with those I can and making my mother small. I cannot get away from her. However, I no longer care what she thinks about me. She sizes me up every time she looks at me, my body… and she doesn’t keep eye contact, a basic courtesy, when I try to talk to her. I enjoy and learn from your content.
I’m married to one… But I still don’t understand why all narcissists are so alike in their playbook and why they behave the way they do?
One of the mind boggling realizations- so similar in their toxic patterns.
Still, it helps. Only so many moves they can make as inhuman chess pieces.
Makes it a bit easier to stay one or two steps ahead, if you can't immediately throw their stupid game board in the trash and run.

It takes time to heal from narcissistic abuse because its not like ending a normal relationship agreeing to split and get over it after some months...narcissism is like living on a vulcano not knowing when it will explode..get away from the vulcano and stay safe when you heal and take your time...never rush because the energy damage after narcissism is still deep in you, and only awareness, knowledge and time will be the cure. And dont date too quickly after narc abuse because dating quickly after narcissism will not be a good, strong and safe cure

The more she tries to build her image, the less substance there is beneath it. For every manipulation, her presence fades, and I realize I am more. What once loomed large in her deceit now feels like shadows cast by the truth. And in that truth, I rise. Darker days fade, and her power wanes as her own reflection devours her.
