How about when trucking parking brake doesnt want to release the brake? I have to push and hold the parking break to start driving after each time i used truck parking brake. Do i need to replace the same thing ?

You should be able to move it with no problem
All you needed was a O-ring kit and it’s way cheaper

why did it need to be replaced?
on of the valves was not ejecting when the air tanks were low, so injust replaced the whole valve
