    I hate to admit, I saw this one coming. I feel so bad for him. Whether you liked him or not, that doesn’t matter. He was clearly struggling and people kept egging him on and bullying him. Now he’s gone and nobody can rewind time. So sad. Give your loved ones a hug,

    When tabloids and random people on social media harass and bully celebrities, I think one should consider that they too are human. How many times have we not heard from a celebrity that some comment on social media made them depressed. There was just one article about a young girl who was depressed for years because of someone making fun of a picture some paparazzi took of her and compared her to a cartoon figure. Be kind. Report bullies.

      Yes the child star curse. This is what happens when you become famous at such a young age like Aaron Carter was that when they become adults, they go down the wrong path. That’s why we fear child stars like Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Brown, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and many others who started so young. Bottom line is that please don’t make your children become so famous so young because when they grow up, they will lead down the wrong path and tragically lose their lives because of it just like Aaron did. Parents let your kids be kids please. Don’t fall for the child star curse.

      A person that has a sweet soul doesn't abuse animals, scam his fans, abuse women and lie. He was a narcissist and a terrible person. It's sad he died but he didn't care about anyone but himself. Didn't even care for his precious son.

    • @evangeline77x
      @evangeline77x ปีที่แล้ว +8

      It's sad that Aaron's gone so young like this, especially so soon after the birth of his child (poor innocent baby boy won't ever know his father and the legacy Aaron left behind is heavily marred by negativity, which is something his son will have to live with), it's also absolutely awful how much he went through as a child and how much he suffered throughout his young life (generational abuse, mental illness, addiction, etc). But Aaron Carter was not a good person, he was known for treating people very badly, especially women he was romantically involved with, he was a pathological liar, narcissist and verbally (sometimes physically) abusive, he was a proficient scammer (he literally ran an illegal dog mill, profiting off of "adopting" rescue dogs from the humane society and then upselling them for hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a piece as "purebreds" owned by a celebrity. The dogs were kept crated most of the time in their own filth while he went on days long benders, screaming and acting erratically, using drugs around them, etc) and generally just an overall bad person.
      While it is terrible that he's gone, he did not deserve to lose his life and it's a tragedy for him, his family and everyone around him that loved him.. He also did a LOT of things that are not ok and consistently showed himself to be a really terrible person inside and out.

    • @misfitbrit1989
      @misfitbrit1989 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      People don't realize that while he did and said terrible things, that didn't make him a bad person. He was very sick and plagued with addiction and mental health problems that were untreated for a long time.

    When will parents realize that they have a sacred duty to invest in their child’s emotional, mental, and psychological well being!! It’s not just about providing for physical needs. We are failing on a global scale in empowering our children. Intergenerational trauma is real. Addiction is a negative consequence of a poor attachment bond between infant and primary caregivers. It takes one person to say enough in a family to effect generational change.
    In the words of Dr. Robert Block, the former President of the American Academy of Pediatrics, "Adverse childhood experiences are the single greatest unaddressed public health threat facing our nation today."

    Addiction addiction blame it on the addiction. Just forget about the fact that his own parents and his own siblings especially his older brother caused him so much pain. As someone who also grew up in a dysfunctional family, his addiction is just a result of the abuse that he endured as a child from his own family. He was a child laborer for crying out loud. My childhood idol died on my birthday. Back in 90s i can't afford to buy his very first album "Aaron Carter" so I borrowed one original and copied it on a blank tape (90s kids know how to do this). Those were one of my happiest days as a child. Knowing that someone at my age can be a popstar and express himself / show talent thru music. My tape is gone and that first album is not available on Spotify.

    Unfortunately, Nick did very little these last few years. He watched his brother suffering from afar. Sometimes people need unconditional love. Nick tried to help him. Aaron made death threats to his family. He continually bad mouthed Nick every chance he got. I don't know what I would do in that situation. Sometimes you need to take care of yourself first to survive. Aaron had demons and may he find peace. He certainly didn't have any here. I would highly suspect that his childhood is very traumatic. His mother was a real piece of work

    • @ThePomskysPalace
      @ThePomskysPalace ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@merricat3025 I think Nick and the other siblings have a lot of responsibility to accept with ACs childhood trauma too. As an older brother, sometimes that’s all the youngest wants. Is to be accepted by his older siblings. I got that vibe from AC. They were constantly in competition, to the point of death threats and PFAs. We can’t blame AC for who he became, like you said the mother, even his father, the industry, etc they all failed him early and then left him for the wolves. But as an older sibling, death threats shouldn’t stop you from reaching out, feeding your younger sibling with positivity, guidance, support..esp when Nick can turn IG on 24/7 and watch his brother suffer and let’s be real, I’m sure he watched more often then he’d like to admit... a lot of what AC did was a cry for help..a LOUD cry for help and not 1 of his family members tried beyond to love him or support him beyond his mental illness. They allowed his sickness to control and feed their relationship, inevitably anyone with mental health that isn’t being properly treated will have toxic and unhealthy bonds. I’d hope the healthy individual can recognize that and put in the effort and look beyond surface level..it’s too often sibling bonds are taken for granted and I think that’s exactly what Nick did. If our family won’t love us through the pain, it’s hard to trust anyone else will.

      Finally! Someone said it. This whole family failed him. Everyone in my family destroyed me when I was an active alcoholic. The only person who didn't was my father. He got me home after 11 years of running and refused to let this beat me. He almost lost his home because of me. But as a parent or sibling the worst thing you can do is put an ro on a struggling person, mentally or addiction wise. Because that creates a bigger void. You use more to ease that pain. People don't understand that addicts don't CHOOSE to wake up and be like this. Things happen and we escape the pain of reality by doing what we do. Half the time we don't remember what we said or did anyway. I always needed my family when I was endlessly beat by men, numbed the pain with alcohol. They just did away with me. I almost lost my life. I was one more drink away from going into a coma. Now had I died, you'd see an outpouring of love from every single person who'd been in my life pretending that they tried to save me. I don't feel sorry for his family one bit, he needed them any way you slice it. My grandmother disowned my mother when our father left. Next time she saw her, she was brain dead from a stroke. They'd gone 6 years without talking. And for what? Generational curses must be broken. Addicts are people who need help. Combine that with ptsd, yeah you have a problem on your hands but casting us away is a bigger problem in the long run.

    • @ThePomskysPalace
      @ThePomskysPalace ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@meggiekxo849 Your story details beautifully exactly why we need to stop giving up on the people we love. It’s not easy, I’m sure for your father loving you felt impossible much of the time but he understood you were sick. What an amazing father and man he was. My father bailed me out so many times. Didn’t care how high I was, he’d drive hours, lost in the middle of the night just to get me. I lost my father in March and reading your story brought tears to my eyes, I hope you’re doing better now living a sober life. Addiction is a disease and the same way we don’t give up on our family members battling cancer and struggling projecting their pain onto us, is the same way we shouldn’t give up on addicts when they’re choosing to self medicate to get through their pain. Life is a fucked up place, and then we die. Aarons death strengthened even more the meaning of here today, gone tomorrow. Death is the only thing promised in life. Choosing to hate with the little existence we have with each other, is a feeling of regret no one wants to live with.
