you forgot about the BOX FILTER.. this type of filter is realy a great type of filter because it uses simple air and can place any type of media in it.

      Hello my friend!!!
You're right, I didn't mention the box filter, but I think of them almost as a mixture of internal filters and sponge filters. 😅☺️
Thank you very much for your comment and feedback. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

The underground and overhead filters look cool. Not much is known about them in the hobby. I wish filter manufacturers can revisit them and improve on their designs and maintenance.

The overhead is very interesting because it allows you to do several stages of filtration and is easy to access for maintenance.
The principle of under gravel is good, but as soon as you put substrate on top, you no longer have access.
But I agree with you. Manufacturers could look at them and try to improve.
      Thank you.

Very informative and educational. I hope someday to get a much bigger tank so that I can graduate to using a canister filter.

      Muito obrigado, my friend!!!
Não me parece nada prático. 😅

    • @PSKaqua
      @PSKaqua  20 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Olá, meu amigo!!! 🤜🏻🤛🏻
      Muito obrigado! 👍🏻
Estive a ver as specs deles.
      O 407 faz teoricamente 1450l/h e filtraria a água do aquário 8x.
