Measure the voltage at the battery while charging to see the difference between what the charger indicates and what is actually getting to the battery. Often there is a noticeable disparity!
The output wires are at least 2 wire sizes too small and get hot at 20 amps.
That does look like a nice charger. I like that the display is similar to power station displays.

Cool thing about this smart charger is it will still charge a completely dead battery with force mode unlike most “smart charger”. I bought it specifically for that reason!

Matty still has a charge controller in his van.
The only thing he is doing is taking out i think if i remember right the 2 100 amp hour redodo battery out and putting in the 2 power queen self heating batterys.
Looks like everything will be the same just self heatind batteries the power queen batterys. 1280 watts each x2 for 2560 watts total.
So he will still have 200 amp hours at 12 volt just self heated ones.
I think he said he is going to give the redodo batteries back to his friend that originally gave him those batterys since that person has a van.
So still 2560 watt hours total with the 2 new Power queen batterys.
He is charging both batterys up to a full charge on the power queen batties so he connect them in parallel to make 2 batteries like 1 battery.
The all powers will charge up the power queen fully no problem especially if he has some solar coming into into it at the same time he is charging it.

14,4v is a little high for lifepo4. Normally it is the voltage for lead acid battery

No. This is just to charge an equalize the batteries before the initial installation.

My thought is to add additional separate batteries to just power the a/c. I look forward to part 2. What will these batteries charge and how… I know you are replacing batteries, but if you could show your system, that would be great!
