Well, when an object is in motion, it stays in motion until acted upon by an outside force. In space, there is no gravity (the outside force) so the fidget spinner would probably be spinning forever until that is of course if someone were to grab it or something.
Darth Maul hmm somewhat correct, although the friction between the bearing and the spinner itself would slow it down with time eventually stopping it, but it would require a pretty tight connection between the two to be able to visibly see it stop
