well, astronauts absolutely HAVE to exercise. because of the zero g environtment, they lose a lot of muscle and bone mass really quickly, so have to work out to stop that muscle and bone reduction. on earth we have gravity.
Yea the gravity requires so much strenght to overcome that you get better workout than the astronauts do just by sitting by computer all day and taking a walk to your local convenience store once a day to restock on snacks.

For those complaining about the Windows OS. Most windows operating systems are very reliable, especially old ones who got improved over the years. The reason most operating systems fail is the constant modifications the average user makes to them(installing software, surfing the internet), if you only install the necessary programs and don't connect it to the internet then the os isn't going to fail easily.

Cody Raskin LMFAO. It is sort of odd though. Just about every video they show there are those dead pixels. Yet, they seem to have many different cameras on board. So it seems cameras are affected by the micro gravity environment.

So if you look at the vid carefully you may notice pixels that just don't show up properly, which create spots on the footage. These are dead pixels, because that part of the CCD in the camera is no longer functional. For example, if you look at a frame around the 0:53 mark, on all the green surfaces you will notice white spots. Those are dead pixels. Whether they are actually caused by ionising radiation or simply from ageing camera equipment is a topic of speculation, although I am sure people in this comment section will have some strong opinions....
There is medical supplies, and I would assume everyone has training in first aid ( I know they do drills for if somebody is incapacitated during a space walk) So they would do alot of the care on station.

Every time I watch one of these People In Space videos, it reminds me how fragile humanity is. This has to be a planet wide effort if we truly want to go anywhere.
You can see the harness is really critical to keep her down enough to make contact with the treadmill. Her posture would compress her lumbar if she was in a gravity-based environment. And her arms are so light they flail about and don't stay by her sides. Fascinating for a small woman in a zero gravity environment!
Niels Daemen I think it is and you see it quite often in ISS videos. That would explain why they have so many cameras there, I think they keep replacing bad ones.
I designed a special bodybuilding weight set for astronauts. It consists of a bar surrounded by 2 other bars. To use, select how much weight to lift; then, workout. The weights are actually just a bar that is held by an electromagnet. I would suggest; of course, a channel slim enough to prevent the bar from flying away.

Not really. As well as physical fitness, they are also tested for their mental health and fitness. If environments like this would pose an issue for them, they wouldn't make the cut and wouldn't get the job.
Running is a best exercise for physical fitness so our astronauts perform it daily. it is also a example to show the public on earth to exercise like space astronauts

NASA relies on technology that is tried and tested. That means old technology. As long as the job is done, they have no need to upgrade. With new software, there are always new problems, problems that they don't need when they are up on space. Here on earth we want speed but up in space, all they want is reliability. Maybe, in 5 to 10 years time, they may upgrade the OS. Or maybe not. I have no idea of the current software requirements of their programs. I am pretty sure they have it all sorted though. Pretty sure.
Actually they would love to upgrade their systems but the space station's core systems are built in a time where digital technology especially was far less developed. In order to upgrade it they would have to replace large portions of the physical space station, which simply isn't going to happen with the budgets that the space station is assigned by the governments participating. However in this specific case, yes there's no need to have a special Linux OS or something fancy for a treadmill and a old windows OS does fine
in space you're pretty much just falling, so if you were to go skydiving you'd have the expirience of being in space i think, the only this is; in outer space you would be in a station that as big a 2 soccer fields falling with you xD

If the treadmill program breaks, you don't want them spending 6 hours figuring out how to re-install the package and all the dependencies. You want them to be able to point and click. They are astronauts, they have better things to do than to troubleshoot a stupid Linux program.
I have a programming background and I stopped using Linux because it was a waste of time getting anything to work the way I wanted it to. I have better things to do than to play around with various Linux packages. Most things on Windows install and work with the click of a button.

Your uterus lining still sheds in space but I am assuming because of no gravity, it doesn’t exit your body like on earth (like you said)...I am assuming the female astronauts are either on birth control or use the same suction thing they use for peeing to extract the blood out of their bodies.

You can see the harness is really critical to keep her down enough to make contact with the treadmill. Her posture would compress her lumbar if she was in a gravity-based environment. And her arms are so light they flail about and don't stay by her sides. Fascinating for a small woman in a zero gravity environment!

I designed a special bodybuilding weight set for astronauts. It consists of a bar surrounded by 2 other bars. To use, select how much weight to lift; then, workout. The weights are actually just a bar that is held by an electromagnet. I would suggest; of course, a channel slim enough to prevent the bar from flying away.

Not really. As well as physical fitness, they are also tested for their mental health and fitness. If environments like this would pose an issue for them, they wouldn't make the cut and wouldn't get the job.
Running is a best exercise for physical fitness so our astronauts perform it daily. it is also a example to show the public on earth to exercise like space astronauts

NASA relies on technology that is tried and tested. That means old technology. As long as the job is done, they have no need to upgrade. With new software, there are always new problems, problems that they don't need when they are up on space. Here on earth we want speed but up in space, all they want is reliability. Maybe, in 5 to 10 years time, they may upgrade the OS. Or maybe not. I have no idea of the current software requirements of their programs. I am pretty sure they have it all sorted though. Pretty sure.
Actually they would love to upgrade their systems but the space station's core systems are built in a time where digital technology especially was far less developed. In order to upgrade it they would have to replace large portions of the physical space station, which simply isn't going to happen with the budgets that the space station is assigned by the governments participating. However in this specific case, yes there's no need to have a special Linux OS or something fancy for a treadmill and a old windows OS does fine

The only way you could imitate gravity would be to turn the ISS around quite quickly and I hope I don't need to talk about all the risks that would cause when trying to connect it to the supply ship.

In space things don't float "up" they float in whatever direction. However, the sweat, like water, sticks to her skin via surface tension. This works on earth too, just not as well

the sweat probably beads to her skin due to cohesion, which also happens on earth, yet if she were to wipe her face off after running in space, the sweat droplets would float away in different directions or clump together due to cohesion from the lack of gravity.

Congrats I guess... I love space as well, by the age of 6 I had already surpassed the knowledge my parents had about space and had started teaching them, haha. The internet can be a wonderful thing... As long as you don't live in the countryside where the internet speed is beyond slow and makes you want to make an angry phone call... Why don't they focus on getting existing internet speeds into the countryside and not making faster and faster speeds in the city? Annoys me a bit in case you hadn't guessed.
