I don’t heat mold them, I just wear them until they break in. Some snowboard shops have those heaters. I used to use a blow dryer back in the day

Definitely take those fins off, they will mess up the boxes and kickers
I have a how to dockstart video, the fins are fine, but they may break off your board, and it may be hard to find new ones

It has a helium core, you have to be very careful because if your bindings aren’t attached it will float away
