Heelside Frontside 360
🔸Mellow Approach to the kicker
🔸both hands holding the handle
🔸Short before takeoff (on the kicker) pull the handle to your back hip
🔸Push yourself actively out of the kicker
🔸Look around your front shoulder to initiate the frontside rotation
🔸Pass the handle behind your back
🔸Pull yourself around to complete the rotation
🔸Absorb the landing by bending your knees and ride away
💫Enjoy the process

▪️on the kicker pull the handle to your front hip

▪️Pass the handle behind your back

Exactly what I wanted! Thanks so much, Julia! Would you recommend learning this one first? I personally find handle pass during rotation more complicated than just doing rotation, but then again landing blind is not that easy...
@@aserofeev Just try it and you will see! You can practice different 360s and see what is the easiest one for you :)

On TikTok and Instagram I make these short tutorials on purpose. I don’t want them to be longer than 1 minute there. I just want to cover the most important points in the short versions.

Nice video, well explained. I noticed you don't grab the handle the same way when you turn on the right or the left. On one side the hand which grab the handle is facing the same direction as the other one but in the other side it is facing the reverse. I assume it is not important, I was wondering if a way to grab the handle is more efficient than the other.
Yes you are correct! I just did it like this since the beginning, these are two different ways you can pass the handle. I don’t think that one of the techniques is superior to the other, just try it and see what do you prefer 😊👍

May I know how you think, front 3 or back 3 is easier for goofy rider?
I think it’s the same difficulty, just depends on your own preference and which direction of spinning you like more.
back 3 is easier in my opinion, but figure it out by trying both on surface, so simply on the water surface without any obstacles, then yoj know what feels more natural and easier for you
